A two-story house on 3 acres, bordered by trees with a huge, open space for relaxing and entertaining. This luxury getaway is perfect for an escape with close friends/family and very child friendly. The property is located a few steps (literally) from the famous O&W rail trail. Breathtaking views of the creek and waterfall are a 4 minute walk. The Food Co-op is a 1 minute walk , which is rare for an upstate getaway. Main Street (in High Falls & Stone Ridge) has a few dining options.

Our stay in High Falls was very pleasant! The house was clean and had a very modern feel to it. Our entire group loved it, kids and adults alike. Any concerns were addressed by Dave quickly and professionally.

Overall this place was excellent. It accommodated our party of 8 adults and 4 toddlers very nicely, plenty of room for everone to spread out. The interior of the home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The linens were top quality. The air conditioning kept us very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The host was readily available and responsive.

Such a great week.

We travelled to High Falls from Australia to celebrate my son’s wedding. The High Falls Trail house was the perfect location just a few mins drive from all venues. The house had everything and more! We didn’t use the great rumpus room, but the beds were soooo comfortable. We enjoyed a BBQ on the outdoor grill one evening, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality crockery and a few provisions! Thankyou for sharing your house..we loved it and hope to return one day.

Outstanding

This house has everything one can ask for. It is beautiful and the owner is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room for a family to be comfortable as well as a playroom with games and activities that both adults and children can use. The house also has all the amenities that one could need during their stay, a huge backyard with a gazebo and a firepit as well as an indoor fireplace. The furniture and TVs, etc. are all modern, the mattresses are excellent and there is ample space for storage. There are also more than enough bathrooms to ensure privacy. As for the owner, Dave was very attentive and professional while also being quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of the house is also excellent and has the perfect combination of privacy while there as well as being close enough to towns and nature trails (including a beautiful one in walking distance) to be able to go on days trips. I highly recommend this house and look forward to staying there again.
