Single story condo located just two short blocks from Sunset Beach and walking distance to many restaurants, retail shops, kayaking options, paddle-boarding and just 3 miles from the pier. The home is nestled in a quiet and serene premium community of Sea Harbour which offers tennis courts, pool, spa, gym and two assigned convenient parking spaces. This Condo is exactly what you need while staying in beautiful Huntington Beach!
The home is fully furnished with new furniture and amenities and sleeps up to 2 adults. This fully equipped home features high speed internet and the TV comes with HBO max... 2 TV's total. The kitchen is equipped with appliances as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a nice private outdoor patio as well as a sun area outside of the master bedroom with 2 lounge chairs. Beach towels also available for your convenience. There is also an office in the master bedroom.
Please note that this is a quiet community and is not intended for guests that want to party.
