This property has been completely remodeled with new flooring, new paint, new kitchen countertops, new carpet in the bedrooms, new lighting, new refrigerator, and all new furniture & bedding! Includes an inside laundry room and shaded/covered parking. Restaurants are all open, the beaches are open and the city is open for business!! The site says it's a 6 minute walk to the beach. It is DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH!! ONLY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!! The Security Deposit will be used for damage to the property and/or electricity usage over the baseline usage of $25/month. **Note: This property is only available for 30 days or more**

Loved our time in Huntington Beach

The condo is beautiful, newly renovated. The owner is so helpful and extremely kind. The neighborhood is quaint and everyone we met was kind! The beach is just across the street and everything is so easy and accessible! If I ever come back to Huntington Beach I will definitely be staying here!!!!!!

I've owned this property for many years and we have always loved spending time in HB. I now have a family with kids, so if you need toys or books, I'm happy to provide them during your stay. I know what it's like to travel with kids and these things are essential. I also have an amazing masseur and tons of restaurant referrals for you as I've lived in Orange County my entire life. In fact, at one point, I was actually Miss Orange County! So, I'm happy to help guide your stay so that you enjoy yourself and want to come again!

Why they chose this property

We are literally 20 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, a two minute walk directly across the street from the beach, and 15 minutes away from two amazing shopping centers (and those don't even include Pacific City - one mile away!). The beach directly in front of the condo is a very famous kite surfing beach as well as regular board surfing. We have huge surfing contests here, the BEST 4th of July fireworks, and now a famous airshow. PCH is closed down for at least 24 hours on PCH (on the 4th of July) in front of my condo so everyone walks, roller skates or rides bikes in the middle of the highway! It's so fun! I offer dedicated/shaded parking spots (very coveted), in unit laundry, and quick/easy access to the beach. Most places in HB are very rustic and focused on the heavy surfing crowd. My place is geared towards a higher end/ sophisticated family/couple that enjoys water sports but likes a more refined environment to come home to. It's also perfect for those who are doing a local remodel and need a place to live for 30 days - a year. Either way, my condo is perfect for a longer term vacation (30 days +) or if you find yourself needing a fully furnished condo to live for a while. I'm local and I'm here for you!

Shaded parking/in unit laundry/new furniture, paint, baseboards, lighting, carpet, kitchen countertops, fridge, proximity to local shopping malls (15 minutes) and local amusement parks (20 minutes) - Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Want to learn how to surf/sail? All available within a block to a few miles away!Shopping is unlimited around here as well...from Main Street to Fashion Island to South Coast Plaza...we have it all!
