It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table and living room for everyone to gather, as well as a space to WFH if needed. The home also has a beautiful pool, hot tub and BBQ for everyone to enjoy the California weather. Plus, it is located minutes from Hwy. 12 (valley of the moon) that will take you to the best wineries in the world!

Plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone for a great price. I was close enough to everything we wanted and needed.

Property was very clean and as advertised. Very spacious for 4 adult couples. Hot tub jets did not work which made it a large bath tub so we did not use. Neighbors did not bother us. Would recommend.

The home is fabulous! The neighborhood is quiet, and the layout of the home accommodated 3 couples well. The pool was definitely a perk. Loved it! Would highly recommend.

My family stayed for 2 nights. It was the 2nd annual memorial golf tournament at a course about 10 minutes away so it was very convenient. The common area is large with a big island where you can gather. The hot tub wasn't used. My grandsons enjoyed the pool.The home was very clean and bright.

We had a lovely stay in Santa Rosa in this house. House is Centrally located, very well furnished with amenities, the pool and heated tub made the experience special.

Beautiful house!!

Great house for our business executives that were working in the Santa Rosa area. Quiet neighborhood and great walking trail close by. House was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Girls weekend trip

Loved the house and hot tub. Close enough to rhe wineries and house very clean and well appointed. Perfect spot for a weekend wine tasting.

Couldn't have been more perfect

Close to our family, we were able to enjoy quality time with them in this beautiful home. Spacious enough for us all to have our own space. Close to grocery store. Kids enjoyed it as well. The oven was not working when we arrived due to a broken knob and it was fixed the next day! We will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

The house was lovely and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. They even supplied things to do for the kids and such which was great! The pool was pretty cold even though it was heated so not sure if something was wrong or that was normal but other than that a great place to stay!

Fantastic Family Weekend!

We rented this house for my father's 60th birthday. Six adults and two children. The layout of the house was great, lots of communal space to hang out, with bedrooms at the ends so people could retire early if they wanted. The location was great, right off highway 12. We used the kitchen to cook every day. Very happy with the rental!

There were pros and cons to this experience: The layout of the home is great, kitchen is well stocked, neighborhood is quiet. The home was clean for the most part, but the shower curtain had a lot of pink mold, and some bedsheets were thread bare - not what you would expect for a place like this. The problematic part was the utter lack of communication from Wine Country Vacation Rentals - it took 3 requests to get the information to get in the door the day before; the hot tub did not work and I tried repeatedly to get someone to address this with absolutely minimal response; this lack of communication soured our holiday vacation as we had chosen this property because it was advertised as with a hot tub. They did give me a partial refund after I requested it, but no apology, no acknowledgement of having dropped the ball. Would not recommend.

Wedding weekend

We used the house for all the ladies to get ready together for my wedding. The house was bright and spacious. It was the perfect size for us to get ready and have a place to come back to after the wedding for the ones that live out of town. I was so looking forward to using the hot tub the morning of the wedding to truly relaxed but it was COLD!! The breakers next to the spa kept tripping and the master breaker box didn’t fix the issue either. There was no time to contact the host to get it fixed! Luckily the master shower had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water! Somehow the issue with the spa fixed itself during the wedding and the spa was able to turn back on.weird. Otherwise a great house in a nice neighborhood!

Nice Stay

Very clean. Good location to wineries North and South. Had everything we needed - there were (5) of us. Quiet neighborhood, with very strict quiet hours - after 9 PM, so be aware of that, if you want to be outside using pool, hot tub, after 9 PM. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a central wine country location.

Nice place, unfriendly neighborhood

Rented this house on a Saturday night with a few girl friends. The house is spacious and modern, very clean. However, the oven and stove controls popped off when trying to turn on the burners. The refrigerator does not cool, our drinks were warm. We used the pool early evening and by 7pm the next door neighbor was yelling at us from across the fence. Our group was not loud, we had music playing from our phones. Please note Santa Rosa does not allow amplified music- this should be posted on the booking site (not sure if I missed that). The neighbor proceeded to put in a complaint and we went inside for the rest of the night. Very uncomfortable encounter. I got in touch with management who was very nice about the situation. The morning of our check out the same neighbor was outside mean mugging us as we loaded our cars. We all felt very harassed by the neighbor. The neighborhood has signs everywhere that say “homes, not hotels”. Not a very welcoming environment. Nice place but would not stay again.

Nice property with needs

Nice property but is in need of some TLC. Nice Italian gas range, son had to go buy a vice grip to work the broken oven control. No blind on large sliding doors to backyard. The pool has a vacuum that is continually running around the bottom with lines. The large sofa barely handles 4 adults, which we were, a recliner would be nice.
