Great house!!

Wonderful property that is very clean, quiet and looks exactly like the pictures. Well appointed and decorated. Very close to sports complexes and the kennisaw district that has great restaurants (honeysuckle biscuits, the nest, lazy lab coffee, Gus’, frozen cow, etc.). A very nice park for running/walking is also 5min away. Highly recommend!!

We thank Krystle for the feedback and always appreciate hearing from our guests. While none of these concerns were brought to our attention during the stay, we take all feedback seriously and conducted a thorough inspection after check-out. We found that the garbage disposal, fan, refrigerator features, and hot water were all functioning properly. We encourage all future guests to reach out to us right away if anything isn’t meeting expectations—we’re always happy to resolve issues promptly and ensure a comfortable experience. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re committed to maintaining a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming space for every stay. Unfortunately, Krystle asked for 50% refund after check-out in exchange for a good review.

Chic, Cozy and Welcoming

We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The house is very cozy and the perfect size for a family of 3 plus our dog Aubrey. The house was clean and had every amenity needed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to use the fireplace as this was something we verified during booking and were really looking forward to. Anja & Ingo Schaer were very quick to respond to my messages/requests and immediately informed us the fireplace was removed due to insurance matters. This did not take away from all other wonderful details in the house. The kitchen has every appliance needed which made it super easy to make our Christmas dinner. Appliances were clean and we felt very comfortable using them. The host pays attention to little important details not commonly found in other properties i.e. enough toilet paper, paper towel, bath towels, make up towels, and cozy blankets on every couch and bed. It was super cold during our stay and having the extra blankets was the icing on the cake for us. We will defnitely book this property on our next visit to Georgia. I highly recommend it.

Great House

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This house is clean, decorated nicely & very comfortable. It’s convenient to Lakepointe (about 15 minutes). There is one bedroom on the first level & one bedroom on the 2nd level.
