Very nice and new guest suite in semi-custom lake neighborhood one mile from downtown Gilbert. Separate entrance, private patio and parking. Kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, WIFI, TV and separate heating and cooling to adjust to your needs. Very safe neighborhood.

Nice enjoyable

Enjoyed our stay, was perfectly located for visiting our family. Clean, private, and close to Gilbert heritage district. Restaurants, shops, etc. If we are in the area again, will definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!

Quiet stay in a beautiful neighbourhood. The details for check in were perfect for our late night arrival. We went for a walk before making our way to our final destination-Yuma. Would stay again!

Beautiful place and area

This was a well appointed place that had everything I needed in a great neighborhood! Check-in was easy and it was very close to all amenities! The host was very responsive to my questions and the furnishings were very nice. I would stay there again next time I’m in town!

Perfect for us

We just needed a space for a couple of days while visiting our grandson. The space was small and all we needed. Everything was comfortable clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Great Experience for This Single Traveler

The room that was provided to me was a converted garage stall that was perfect in size for a single traveler, very comfortable, and convenient. Nice neighborhood to allow for quiet evening walks and close to necessary amenities. I would definitely stay again. Communication with the host, Linda, was quick and complete. Easiest check in and check out I have experienced.

Gorgeous updated unit close to the beach

We absolutely loved this property! Loved the water view on the lagoon and the wildlife. Gorgeously updated property, lots of natural light, tall ceilings and comfortable beds. A short and easy walk to the beach, the Sanctuary, Night Heron and the tennis center! Cameron was extremely responsive and our stay was perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The place was small but had everything we needed except a place to put our clothes ...a dresser would have been nice. Everything else was new and very nice. We would stay there again!

Trip to Gilbert

Small but convenient

This property was in a convenient location for the activities and friends that we were meeting in Phoenix. The room is small but we took advantage of the small outdoor area to make it seem larger.

Perfect location, quaint property

We had a very nice stay in the guest house. The unit is a very nicely done, converted third car garage area. It was a great space for my husband and I, very clean and had some nice extra touches like water bottles in the refrigerator, shampoo and soap in the shower, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very quiet, except between 7:30-7:45a when the main garage door opened and closed. The location was ideal for us and if the need arose we would stay here again.

The room was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. It is a small one room space inside of the home's 3 car garage. The main room includes a table for eating and a small kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with a nice shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a heater/ac that works well (you may need to adjust the setting to heat or cool). Short walk to a very nice park.
