Modernized bungalow with New Kitchen, outdoor space, and artsy aesthetic. Plenty of space besides two bedrooms 1 bath. Also has office / Den for tv room or work. An outside completely enclosed patio with living room furniture. A favorite spot for all guests. 20 foot banquet seating in kitchen to host friends. Washer and dryer and tandem parking spaces make this the perfect getaway. 10 to 15 minutes to downtown, beaches, hollywood and west hollywood.

This is centrally located and great to get around city easily, being in the middle of town.. it is a quick trip to many locations. ALthough CIty life can be hectic.. there is a private oasis in backyard with metal screened in porch with fountain.
