Great Location!

Our week long stay was most pleasurable! We are a family of five and the home more than suited us. We traveled extensively to all the tourist spots in LA (Hollywood Blvd., Santa Monica Pier, Beverly Hills, Dodger Stadium, Warner Bros. Studios, just to name a few!) and the home’s location was perfect! The owner, Rudy was most attentive and it was obvious he took pride in this home and the comfort of his guests. My only caveat was the very small shower in the 2nd bathroom but it certainly wouldn’t stop me from recommending this home. If we return to the area again I will definitely see if the home is available.

Lovely Home and Great Location!

Rudy thank you for a great stay! The house was perfect. 3 good size bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space. The beds were very comfortable and everyone in the group of 4 adults agreed. Alrhough we didn't really use the kitchen and living space much it was well appointed and had everything you could need for your stay. The two bathrooms made it easier when everyone was getting ready at the same time. The house is charming and very clean too. We particularly enjoyed the private patio for our morning coffee and after a days's sightseeing to relax and unwind. I was a little concerned when reading about earlier reviews regarding parking. However we had a chevvy Tahoe and parked it nose first into the drive with no problem at all. Rudy was a great host and took the time to message us to make sure everything was ok. The location was fantastic too. So near to the tourist hotspots of Hollywood and Beverly Hills and the same distance to the beaches of Venice and Malibu. Brilliant place and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting great value accommodation!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. Perfect location for getting around LA. Rudy was great and provided everything we requested. Parking is a little tight for large vehicles, but manageable.

Conveniently Located

Beautiful home! Everything was conveniently located. We rented a Grand Jeep Cherokee which made it a little tough for the parking space provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will hopefully come back soon!!
