Sleek Studio – Near the Lake and Sam’s Pizza

Time for the two of you to get away or enjoy a retreat by yourself. This studio is located downstairs and has its own private entrance. It is fully equipped with a well stocked kitchen, bbq grill on the big patio, smart TV and wifi. Right outside your door is a large backyard with a fire pit. So grab a drink and relax or have some fun playing yard games. Sam's Pizza is right across the street with great food and live music. We suggest grabbing a drink or some pizza on their back deck that overlooks the lake. Sunset is our favorite!

We have four properties at this location that can be reserved individually or you can book all four of the properties for a larger group that would accommodate 14 guests. This makes an ideal setting for a group that would enjoy having their own space and still be on the same site with your family or friends. (Please message us if you are interested, and we will send you information on the other listings.)

Located just minutes from Central Avenue where all the action is in Hot Springs. Whether you are coming for the lakes, shopping, playing the slots, or experiencing historic downtown, this studio is a great location with just enough distance from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the natural setting Hot Springs has to offer.

Safe and comfortable location

This property was in a good safe place, just down the street from the hot springs national park. The space was well laid out and comfortable. Two people can stay here comfortably and is even better than a hotel. Definitely recommended.

Weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed Friday night through Sunday night. Super clean place and great location. We just walked to Sam’s Pizza (highly recommend) one night right on Lake Hamilton. We had originally just booked through Saturday night, but I messaged the host and she quickly responded updating our stay. Would stay here again especially for the reasonable price.

Stay by the Lake

The room was clean and nice. It was somewhat like a tiny house so it was very cozy feeling. I wasn’t expecting the neighborhood to be so hilly, so when I arrived at night, It was hard to see.

PROSThe property was very cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the size was just right for my husband and myself. Close to all the things that we chose to do. Communication with the property manager was excellent. CONSThe area around the home was a little crowded. Be advised that this is the bottom floor of a home. We had a family above us so it was a little loud.

Nice place for the price point

Overall good place for the price. Very short walk to a local pizza and bar place that has views of the water. Free parking. This location is in basement of another property so you can hear the people walking above you head. The bed is a queen and mattress is a coil spring so not super comfortable and only two thin pillows are provided. You need to take steps outside to get to bottom apartment so if have mobility issues just be warned. The kitchen is nice and AC worked well. The property would benefit from a dehumidifier as it was stale when we first came in.

Cabin in the woods

Nice little place to stay enjoyed it very close to downtown. Either the listing didn’t mention it or I didn’t read it but this is a duplex and it’s downstairs. So if someone is in the upper unit you will hear them that’s the only thing I could complain about it may be something if you are just staying in the unit and don’t plan on leaving. The Tv and internet is great. Can’t complain!

Nice

Nice efficiency style property, a little hard to see from the street (at least at night). Wish the stairs would’ve been a little wider (when I arrived another group was sitting on the porch by the paved steps and I didn’t want to walk thru them). The room was exactly what I expected, very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for 1 or 2 people and it ended up being about 5-10 minutes away from everything I had planned to do!

We first visited Hot Springs in 1988. We loved all the things to do here, from the healing waters of the Hot Springs to Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton and everything in between. We almost moved here back then but the plans did not work out at that time. And now, years later, after the death of my husband, my son and I have invested in this beautiful area and we are so happy to share our places with you!

We love this property because it is so unique! You can have a large group traveling together and enjoy being on the same property and also have the option to retreat to the privacy of your own unit. Rent 1, 2, 3 or all 4 units. The outdoor space with the cozy pergolas make this the ideal setting to relax after a long day on the lake.
