ENJOY WATERFRONT LIVING in Lake Conroe 1 bedroom, 1 bath, furnished and renovated condo on Lake Conroe! 4 people can sleep easily.
TV in the common area and bedroom.
Enjoy your coffee/drink viewing Lake Conroe from the balcony or living room. This unit is completely remodeled and updated, clean, and is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. you just need to bring your suitcase!
You will find information on check-in day. There is an automatic lock on the property to facilitate & flexibility for self-checking and check-out. The code will be shared on the checking day. 
The apartment is on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks one of the most gorgeous lakes. This condo offers many activities in and around the area for every season of the year. Swimming pool on site. Tie up your boat or jet skis right in the back of the apartment. Jet Ski rentals are nearby. Easy parking in front of the unit.
Convenient to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and lakefront nightlife.
Short drive to Walden's lake view dining or Breakwater Grill where you can have a great meal while watching a beautiful sunset.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a boat or Jet ski. Marina Vista is within walking distance, you can rent a boat.
Laundry facilities are available in the condo. Detergent is provided for your use.
Updated with wooden flooring throughout, a beautiful breakfast bar, and a full kitchen. You'll also notice the little "extras" we leave for you such as complimentary coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, board and games for the kids. Free high-speed internet.
You can find an access card and two golden keys to use Walden amenities and Marine Vistas. Do not lose the keys and access card. Each key costs $75 and the access card$25.
If you lose your keys and access card, you will have to pay $175.

Restaurants: Walden Yacht Club is great for dinner or brunch. Cafe on the Green (on the golf course), Marini’s Pizza & Delivery, Fajita Jack (Mexican restaurant), Akashi Restaurant (Sushi and Asian cuisine), Mariel’s Meat Market (Excellent Meat for Grilling), and Jack & Jill Donuts.

HOUSE RULES*
• A BBQ grill is available by the pool area, but you will need to bring charcoal.
• No Smoking in the house. If you smoke outside please don’t throw cigarettes in the grass.
• Pets are allowed.
• Parents: Do not book for underage teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible.
• Maximum number of people allowed in the condo is 4.
• Absolutely no loud music and profanity.

• 2 Parking Spaces - Tags are in Unit OR Visitor Parking available on the back row. You will get towed if you park in regular parking without tags. A $25 fee for missing tags will occur.
• Failure to follow these rules can result in charges to your security deposit.

Beautiful place and clean

Very peaceful place , clean and easy to check in. It just little opportunity which was the extended sofa couldn’t be pulled, but that’s fine because not really necessary need it. Recommended to stay in this place .

Perfect Getaway!

I highly recommend this condo. Quiet, beautiful place! The host Kris was so fantastic. Honestly one of the best I have had so far. He was quick to respond, checked in to make sure everything was good. The place was fantastic, close to the pool, and beautiful inside. I will definitely book again!

Peaceful and relaxing stay

Enjoyed waking up to the water view at sunrise! Everything you need is provided at the condo. Took walks around Walden and in Sam Houston National Forest. Will bring kayak next time. Dinner at Yacht Club was elegant with a panoramic water view. We’ll be back.

A great place for a lakeside getaway

My son and I spent some quality time on the lake. This location fit our needs perfectly! The owner was very responsive and made sure everything went well. Accommodations are updated and we appreciated the welcome items. A king bed is always a plus as well. Sunset views over water are always something to behold and this place allows for some good ones. It is located on a quiet cove where you can float, paddleboard and swim in the lake.

Perfect spot for a nice relaxing getaway

I really enjoyed my stay here for a quick weekend retreat for some quiet time. The view from this condo is beautiful. The unit was clean and well stocked for my basic needs. Bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Communication with the host was spot on. He was very responsive and helpful with anything and everything. I will keep this place on my radar for a future stay for sure. The community was quiet and well maintained and it’s a very short distance to some amazing local restaurants with stunning views.

Nice Clean and Convenient

The owner was very accommodating and helpful when I had a travel delay. He was very considerate of my circumstances, especially knowing that I was a female traveling alone. The unit was clean, simple and welcoming with a nice view of the lake inlet. The marina next door is beautiful with great fishing spots right by the condo. Great place for a single traveler and the area is very quiet and peaceful..... just watch out for the falling acorns! :)

No real issues with place, nice place, but if your looking for a condo, it isn't. It is an upstairs 1 bedroom apt, needs curtains in room, because the bright lights pointing toward room, lit the room up. I had a knee replacement in December, and it would have been nice to know it was upstairs. Don't get us wrong, we enjoyed our time, but it's not what you expected for a Condo experience

Perfectly Cozy: Glamping Feel - 5 Min from Everything / Anything!

Was exactly like advertised, right down to the lake view, trees, squirrels, birds quietly chirping in the morning and ducks swimming. Peaceful and tranquil as pictured and hoped. I pack like I'm camping in a desert and/or the artic, but if you forgot something they seemed to have it covered. We didn't spend too much time in the condo; primarily we wanted to bring our boat and spend time on the water. Perfect location to fish with or without a boat. The owners are lovely and responsive. As well as the locals very kind and welcoming. Great local bar & grill in the cove but just past that are many boatable restaurants, attractions and shopping areas. We plan to come back because we didn't take advantage of all the amenities they have to offer like pickle ball, tennis or golf, etc. Note: I'm not sure if they make it clear and most hosts don't but, if you let them know in advance you can get access to the boat ramp as well as a parking pass for your boat trailer. Yet dock right Infront of your condo. Makes it easy for a quick change or snack before heading back out, easy to load/unload. Loved it!

Beautiful Hideaway

Quiet Community

My husband and I just wanted to get away for the weekend. I wanted to be by the lake, as I love water. Unfortunately, there had been a lot of rain prior so the mosquitoes were crazy. This is not the fault of the owner. We were still able to enjoy the scenery from the living room. The community is quiet and close to a lot of restaurants.

Great stay for spouses and family getaway!

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary with our 8 month old son, it was superb! The area was quiet and peaceful, and in perfect distance to walk to parks and the yacht club. Knowing it was for our anniversary he left a bottle of wine for us, so happily unexpected! The host was perfect with communicating and having the place clean for our stay, with plenty of essentials you need when traveling. Definitely booking again!

Great experience for a great price

Quaint little one bedroom condo in an awesome community. Peaceful view of a quiet lake slew and tons of community amenities available. My husband and I picked up pickle ball for the first time just by stopping by the community center. Owner was very attentive and accommodating.
