Great spot for Long Beach Grand Prix less than 3 miles with bus service to race close by. 25 min to Disneyland, California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm. 30 minutes to LAX, OC Airport, Downtown LA or OC. Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. Large private driveway to accommodate as many as 4 cars off street parking. Large enclosed yard with bbque. Washer dryer, Kuerig coffee maker, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, Central A/C, and heat.
