This spacious and well-appointed home in South Nampa is a great fit for families and groups who want plenty of room to relax, play, and explore. With 2,700 sq ft of comfortable living space, four bedrooms, and an upstairs game loft with ping pong and foosball, there's something for everyone to enjoy.The master suite features a California King bed, a 4K Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom, with an air mattress and travel crib tucked in the closet for families with little ones. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a dual-sided "My Side" mattress with a soft side and a firm side, so everyone sleeps exactly how they like. A large community common area sits right out front, and the fenced backyard gives kids plenty of open space to run around.Downtown Nampa is just 9 minutes away, the Idaho Center is 15 minutes, and Target, Costco, and more are all a short drive out. Boise Airport is about 20 minutes and Nampa Airport is just 10.

Fabulous stay!

What a great house. Our family had everything necessary for a great family vacation. House was well stocked and comfortable for every activity. Location was easy to access everything from Nampa to Boise.

Great Family House

We had a blast. Host is amazing, neighborhood is great and friendly. Two parks close by for the kiddos. Game room was great and enjoyed by all!

Worked out perfectly for us

spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more. Great location for our needs, nice to be able to park in garage since there was snow. Beds were comfy, couch large and comfortable, access to Netflix, Roku etc, - while we didnt need it, there games and a crib upstairs for kids - would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful.

In town for a work trip. Everything was as in the listing, this residence provided my co-workers with plenty of space after long days. The owner was easy to communicate with and always tried to assist in anything we needed. Will stay when we return for work.

Incredible property

My niece was getting married and we decided to rent a house for some of my family and this property was PERFECT! Everything we needed for a successful stay was there for us from a blow up mattress and baby playpen to scissors and tape, this house covered our every need. The huge game room was a perfect space for family time to create memories. When we ended up having a few more people than originally planned, I let the property owner know and they responded quickly with how to handle that. This home is in a new area so using Google maps didn't quite get us there, but the property manager had already sent us instructions for how to get there, they really were on top of EVERYTHING and answered every question we had almost immediately. Thank you SO much for a great experience!

We are working in the area the house was fantastic we have booked the game for this next 21 days and will probably continue to book it as long as it’s available the house is very clean everything was laid out very organized

Awesome Family Friendly Retreat

We had an amazing family time at this home away from home! The game room upstairs was a hit with both the kids and adults. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this vacation home!!!!

Great new place to stay with family

My family enjoyed staying in this brand new four bedroom home. It was a short distance to the Boise airport and even closer to local family. We were all able to stay together instead of being in individual hotel rooms.
