Arriving at the home you'll find parking for multiple vehicles, with a garage for storing the golf cart. Please note: Street Parking is Not Permitted - overflow parking is available at the pool parking lot just down the street.

Entering the home, you'll find a spacious foyer and hallway leading to the main living spaces, with a staircase leading up to the guest bedrooms. You'll be amazed at the plentiful living space in the kitchen-living-dining area.

We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street.
