Welcome to Grace Villa, the perfect family vacation home!



Located in the beautiful Seagrove Beach, and nestled back in the Summers Edge Community, this spacious home is perfect for large families or large groups. You have access to not one but TWO community pools, one of which is seasonally heated! Grace Villa is also conveniently located right next to the community beach access, making the stroll to the beach just a few steps!



As you enter the home you will notice the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. You'll be sure to enjoy the 55” Flat Screen T.V. on the cozy sectional sofa in the living room. Whether you are cooking, dining, or relaxing on the couch, everyone is sure to feel together with this floor plan! There is a large master suite with a private bathroom located on this level as well. Perfect for the family member who may prefer not to take the stairs!



As you make your way to the second floor you will notice another sitting area for watching tv or playing games! This level also includes 2x Queen suites, each with its own Large Bath and adjoining bunk room to keep the kids close but not too close. There is a balcony on this level for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while making plans for a relaxing beach day.



The third floor of the home includes another complete bedroom with a King Bed and a Large Bath. It too has access to the third-floor balcony and includes a chaise lounge and Flat Screen TV with Cable.
