This quaint country cottage is nestled on a beautiful 300 acre farm in Williamstown, KY. The Ark Encounter is less than 10 minutes away, we are 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. The cottage is located in what is referred to as The Golden Triangle since we are right between Lexington and Cincinnati and very close to Louisville. Just minutes of I-75 you have quick access to the interstate in order to travel to other surrounding cities. Downtown Williamstown is growing quickly and there are several antique shops that you can visit during your stay. Lake Williamstown is also just minutes from the cottage where you can enjoy renting a pontoon boat for the day.

Our visit was during a snowstorm and extreme cold temperatures the roads were clear everywhere. We absolutely enjoyed the view of the snow covered farm.The rental so so cozy when we finished each busy day.The property owners were wonderful to communicate throughout. The cabin was very cozy. For a small cabin it felt spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location felt remote and was quiet and peaceful, yet was close to nice restaurants and things to do. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for.
