Welcome to our one-of-a-kind getaway on Lake Gaston! Our home is located on the main channel of the lake near Pretty Creek in a quaint and quiet community perfect for a serene morning or evening walk. The house is a few lots from the local marina making getting gas easy and convenient. In addition, our home is just minutes from local restaurants, boat rentals, Food Lion, mini-golf, ice cream, coffee shops, hiking trails and so much more. Our home also boasts a large gravel driveway with a roundabout for easy and roomy parking.

Have fun on the lake and enjoy the sun and breathtaking views on our dock which has a depth of 6' to swim and float around. Our dock is equipped with one ladder and one set of stairs for easy access to the lake. The dock includes an outdoor shower, storage room STOCKED with 3 kayaks, lake toys including large inflatables, floating mat, hammocks, water guns, pool noodles, footballs, etc as well as lifejackets for your convenience. You can also safely stow your boats and PWC on the right side of the dock or anchor them next to our bulkhead. There is a FREE boat ramp only an 8-10 minute drive from the house located at Salmon's Landing.

Our home offers the most incredible views on the entire lake with a visibility upwards of 4 miles making it easy to see the passing cars on Eaton's Ferry bridge from the comfort of our sunroom, kitchen, and dock. Along with the view are multiple amenities which INCLUDE a large fire pit, gas & charcoal grill & smoker, pool table, spike ball, spacious dock, multiple smart 4k TVs, lake toys, board games, and all the kitchen appliances you could possibly need.

The kitchen is loaded with an abundance of appliances including a large double oven and all of your culinary needs which include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, utensils, and more! When you arrive all of your beds will be neatly made courtesy of our LINEN SERVICE.

Bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper, soaps, detergent pods, etc will also be INCLUDED in your stay with us.

Our home is also PET FRIENDLY for a cheap fee!!!

Whether it's a family trip, weekend getaway, anniversary, or any other special occasion; our home is the perfect place to kick back, relax and celebrate life. We look forward to seeing you and making your stay with us one to remember!

Mary, our Host clearly takes a lot of pride in this property. She was attentive and rectified the few problems that we encountered. Our stay occurred at the end of the summer lake season so there’s always concern for a well used property like this one. There were issues with some of the kayaks and water “toys” resulting from heavy summer use but Mary was very responsive even driving up to personally deliver a replacement item which was quickly purchased. The house was in great shape and we LOVED spending time in the sun room overlooking the lake. The location is excellent off the main lake but close enough. We’ll gladly return again though probably not next summer since it’s in such demand. So glad we chose it this year!

Great property. Shower downstairs needs to be fixed as it had very low water pressure. Tons of room though, great fire pit and overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I think this was our 3 year renting and we just love Mary (the host). Though we have never met she is so response and sweet. The house has always been clean and well stocked. The screened in/full glass room doesn’t get enough props on the web site description. We are 3 generations of family and friends that come yearly. To watch my parents smile while watching my kids grow up on a lake warms my heart. They can see and participate by staying in AC all while still feeling part of the action.

This is my 3rd time at this house and it never has disappointed us. House is clean upon arrival and Mary checks on you to make sure everything is good or have any questions. The sunroom has great view of lake and makes coffee time in the morning or sunset view at night a pleasure. There is a pool table, ping pong table and boards games to use on rainy days or a game before bed. Also if you like to kayak there is 2 which can be used. Mary is a great host who cares about her guests while staying at the house. She answers any questions by text or phone call. We will be going back again!

Great Family Stay

Mary was a wonderful host. When we arrived there were chocolates and coffee waiting for us on the counter. The property was just what our group needed. The view of the lake and the back porch were our favorite part!

Great vacation

Great vacation home, convenient to the lake, spacious, lots of seating. Enjoyed having the pingpong and pool table. Flat yard to the lake with firepit. We enjoyed our stay and Mary was great.

Amazing lake getaway

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone loved it! Mary was super responsive for any questions we had and we would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay! Also note the sunsets on the dock were incredible.

Amazing Stay!

Great for large families. Nice flat yard. Plenty of space for everyone. Sunset views were amazing and lots of space on the lake right near the house for tubing, jet skis and wakeboarding. Would definitely stay there again. Communication, before, during, and after the stay was top notch.

Pet friendly paradise

This is a wonderful property! The house is spacious and comfortable. The lake access was perfect! Mary is a great host; we especially appreciate that our dogs were welcome to visit with us and the provided linens and paper products made things easy!
