Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to leave the mattress and pillows protectors on the beds and pillows. Remove leftover food from the pantries. Take trash receptacle to the road.
Unplug the coffee makers and toaster. Make sure coffee grinds are removed from coffee makers and coffee pots are cleaned. Make sure that both gas and Blackstone grills are cleaned and covered.
Return all water toys, yard toys, books and games to their original place. Please ensure the kayaks and paddleboards are secure on their rack. Return all outdoor furniture to its original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was great! We loved all the different spaces (indoor and outdoor) to spread out and talk or read or whatever. There were a few minor things that we needed during our stay, and the host was quick to respond and address anything we needed, such as additional firewood. We will gladly stay there again!

The entire group was beyond pleased with our stay. The well equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodations throughout the house were just what we needed for a relaxing, quick vacation. The view of the water from the living room and the easy access to the water is absolutely soothing for the soul. The very large fire pit offered a night under the stars around a substantial fire, creating more ambience and special moments with my friends and family. We all said we would definitely stay again.

Had a great time swimming, skiing, tubing, kayaking at this property. House was perfect for us. Decor was very nice and kitchen has everything we needed. We really appreciated how well supplied it was. Two refrigerators was nice so we didn’t have to grocery shop so often. We loved the blackstone and grill as we cooked out every evening. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We definitely look forward to returning to this property again.

Rent this home. You will love it! Our group of 7 friends had an OUTSTANDING stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and cared for. Tons of nice extras:amenities you won’t find most other places. Easy one of the best homes we’ve rented. The two story dock has stunning views on a quiet cove and is a great place to fish, relax and hang out. The owner is super easy to work with. Communicates promptly and knows the area very well. Helped make our stay a memorably positive one. Would highly recommend to groups that need a 7 bedroom home with multiple master bedrooms.
