We are located Beach Front, directly on the beach. Walk out the building and you are immediately on the beach.

Come have your Spring/Summer FLING with us! / 2 night minimum. Summer season is by the week only. The pictures don't do it justice!

We now have a new computerized parking system. You pay directly at the kiosk at the condo. Easy.

This condo is ONLY 16 STEPS TO THE GROUND FLOOR, an easy walk back for snacks, drinks and no waiting for an elevator! We also provide a porta-crib and porta-high chair to make your life even easier.

LOVED THIS PLACE
This condo was perfect. So nice and the amenities great for rainy or sunny days. The owner connected with me and was responsive. Check in was easy. I want to come back here every year. Very bright, modern, clean.

Huge porch!
Host was super sweet. We had gloomy, wet weather so wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. Porch was wet because so foggy. Kids loved the indoor pool (nice & warm!) & kiddie pool outside. The outdoor closet was amazing bc everything you’d need the beach. It was cold & rainy, so we didn’t use it, but would be a huge perk for the summer. You can hear waves being on a lower level.
