CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

Overall the condo was great! Location was close to everything and beach was perfect!! The condo could use a few updates. The living furniture and rug either need cleaned or replaced. Beds were comfy and space in condo accommodated our family!

This was our second year to stay at this condo. The only problem we had this year as opposed to last year was the internet service. The internet was a problem all week, which also affected the viewing of the television. I would highly recommend reviewing that situation

Good family condo

The condo itself is perfect. Very clean and the right ammenities for a weeks stay. Plenty of towels and having the dehumidifier made it very comfortable. The host was very prompt in responding to anything needed or just for information. The only down side is the elevators. Seemed like one was down at any given point each day and they are super stuffy (could use a fan in there). Pool was clean and nice to have as a break from the beach. The beach was super clean and convenient with umbrella rental right outside of the condos. Plenty of parking too.

Spring Break Bday

Everything was great about our stay and the condo was wonderful. We came for a short trip for my daughter's birthday. BUT The check-in process leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived at our condo shortly after the 4pm check-in time. We did not receive our access codes for almost 3 hours. We had to sit in the parking lot on the phone for 3 hours with VRBO because we only got a voicemail box from the property managers.

Wonderful stay for a family vacation!

Beautiful condo with spectacular view. Obviously we loved the convenience of being right on the beach, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that we were close to many shopping areas and entertainment spots! I would definitely stay here again. The only cons were that the living room sliding door didn’t work so we had to go through the bedroom to hang out on the patio. The other con was the fire alarm kept going off when we tried to cook in the oven. Nothing was in the oven, it was only preheating at the time. Maybe there was a previous spill? Still these minor issues wouldn’t stop me from booking a stay again. 10/10

Great place for our girls week.

Location was convenient to anything we needed to go out for. Unit was clean and well appointed. It was just the right size for the five of us ladies. There were a few minor things that needed attention but management addressed them. The best part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. There's plenty of comfortable seating there. My only complaint is the parking issue of only being allowed 2 parking spots when we had 3 cars. The local pay for parking has insane prices. I was fortunate to have a friend in Gulf Shore who let me leave my car at their house. I understand this isn't the decision of rental management, but an area wide problem.

Mini vacay

As a large family traveling with small children we were hesitant to opt for a property that forced you into a week long commitment. Luckily, our hosts were able to accommodate our request. We had great communication with them throughout our stay & felt that they went above and beyond to make sure that we let them know if we needed anything at all. A great time was had for all! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Orange Beach Family and Friends Trip

The condo was as advertised. Great amenities and beach access. A few suggestions- how about some small cutting boards that could go in the dishwasher? We didn’t like that the only option was the butcher block island. Also better knives for cutting up vegetables and meat or a knife sharpener. Need to upgrade the frying pans. The large one was pretty shabby and needed a lid. Also the dryer vent may need cleaning. These are all easily fixable. We would gladly stay in the same unit again. My 3 year old granddaughter especially loved the wading pool. Our first trip to the area and hope to get back.

Great with Some Flaws

The location was great , but with some faults. You have to pay to park your vehicles which I didn't mind, but would nice to know before you arrive. The paid parking app and the kiosk were having problems when I was checking our car in, but the kiosk finally started working after letting it "sleep" for a few minutes. The day before check-in I received an email giving me basically the details of my reservation, but no check-in instructions. I had to call in to get an email for that. Finally I was texted multiple times about a 10 AM check-out, but I texted back a screen shot of my reservation showing an 11 AM check-out. It has a beautiful beach with great people working there and at VRBO. Just has a few bugs in the system. Those are really the only things that keep me from giving this stay a 5 star rating.
