Featuring direct gulf views from its spacious patio, you can quite literally roll out of bed onto the beach. Boasting two large bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a modern kitchen with island, and spacious dining area, walk out patio and access to fantastic amenities, this is the perfect spot for a fun-filled family vacation. Numerous amenities available to guests at Pointe Santo- Pool, Hot Tub/Spa, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Social Activities.

This unit is located in the Pointe Santo de Sanibel development, one of just a few positioned DIRECTLY on Sanibel`s beachfront. As a ground floor corner unit, this is one of the few units that boasts both a short walk to the pool and beach! An exquisitely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious living and dining area, modern bathrooms and a comfortable master bedroom are just a few of the things that make guests come back to this unit year after year!

Amenity and Construction Disclaimer- Guests should be aware that there may still be ongoing construction activities happening on site. While there will not be construction happening in the unit itself, there may be machinery, and workers present on site during your stay. Elevators, tennis courts and the pool are now open and fully functional and will be available to guests!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to a number of resort style amenities including a well appointed beachfront pool and hot tub, community center with activities for children, tennis, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and much more. Guests are entitled to access the Pointe Santo beach chairs as well. Guests also receive a designated parking spot.

The Neighborhood:
Pointe Santo is one of the most exclusive developments on Sanibel Island and highly sought after for its amenities and first rate location. Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay Road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, with plenty of options for dining an shopping, as well as a short drive to JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

Getting Around:
We recommend a golf cart or rental car

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in with us. Please also note that Pointe Santo opened rental operations on FEBRUARY 1ST, 2025, for the first time since Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. As a result there may still be ongoing minor construction work happening around the community including landscaping, exterior work, etc. There will be no work happening inside the unit during your stay! There may also be certain amenity restrictions such as child care (which is why we do not include this as a listed amenity in the description). Pointe Santo is still very much in the early stages of being open and guests should understand that there may be some minor changes compared to the last time they visited this community (hopefully mostly good!). The pool, tennis courts and elevators are now functional and available for guest use!
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We utilize a smartlock system, the code to which you will be given the evening prior to arrival. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

My 3 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property; pictures didn’t do justice to the condo or the view. Clean, modern and thoughtfully laid out, we had plenty of room to lounge, cook, and just hang out together. A member of our family with significant mobility issues had no problems whatsoever moving around the condo or walking to the beach. There had been a lightning strike on the property the same day that we arrived and the property manager replied very quickly to my message about an issue with the appliances. Got the breaker reset and went on about our trip. The property is still under construction due to hurricane Ian’s destruction, like every other vacation property in the area. The construction crews were working during the day but we had no problems with excessive noise, and the accessibility to the condo wasn’t affected at all. Area felt very secure, my daughters and I felt safe and had no issues staying alone. The pantry hasn’t had time to get stocked yet- you can tell the condo was very recently renovated- so check spices, staples, etc before you plan to cook. We will definitely stay at this location in the future if it’s available, or any of the other Rosen properties if not. Guest service was top notch!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils . The property manager was easy to deal with if we had any issues. We would definitely go back.

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time at Pointe Santo over Thanksgiving. Unit was very clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and location was excellent. Close to beach and the pool.

Relaxing

Nice and close to pool area and steps from Gulf, which was great. Very nice condo. Could use more comfortable living room furniture though. TV needs to be on swivel.
