At home, you'll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for TEN people. Our cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, private bedrooms and furnished back patio provide the perfect backdrop for anyone looking to experience Bentonville like a local. At home, enjoy our recently updated amenities that include plush robes, extra linens, and more kitchenware for your crew!



When you walk through our front door, you'll enter into our foyer area. Here, you'll see a credenza, mirror and gorgeous wooden art piece hanging on the wall. Immediately to the left, you'll see our spiral staircase. Immediately ahead, you'll see a door leading into our kitchen and dining area. Our kitchen is complete with gorgeous natural stone floors, tons of built-in storage and state-of-the-art amenities. Here, you'll find everything you need to cook your favorite meal, make your favorite baked goods or brew a perfect cup of coffee. Through the kitchen, you'll see our four-top dining table, which sits near a window overlooking the Sun Room.



Head through the kitchen and to the left to enter into the main living room - it can also be accessed through a door leading from the foyer. This space is complete with two leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a TCL Smart TV, a gas fireplace with remote, record player and STUNNING wooden vaulted ceilings. Near the spiral staircase, you'll also see three barstools looking into the kitchen area.



Past the living room, you'll see a door leading into our Sun Room. This space is complete with two swivel chairs, a four-top dining table, a Samsung Smart TV, board games, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door leading to the backyard. 



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our six luxury beds:

(1) Our first Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, Vizio Smart TV, desk area, two lounge chairs and en suite bath.

(2) Our second Master bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, Vizio Smart TV and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, closet, dresser, Vizio Smart TV, lounge chair and nearby bath.

(4) Head up the spiral staircase to enter our fourth bedroom, which is complete with two Twin-size beds, Vizio Smart TV, and a lounge chair.



Out back, enjoy our patio and fenced-in yard! Here, you'll find a BBQ grill, lounge area and two-top dining table.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
