Beautiful Clean Condo, private veranda, steps from private beach and pool

This lovely unit is truly amazing, comfy, and close to everything: pool, beach, tiki bar, restaurant, tennis, bocce, and more. It is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook up a meal. It is tastefully decorated with beachy colors. Catch those beautiful Florida sunrises from the veranda that overlooks the golf course and ocean dunes. Our condo is located on the second floor, which is the top floor, in the well known Ocean Village Community on South Hutchinson Island.
You can take a two minute walk to the beach for shelling, fishing, and swimming, or to the main large heated pool with poolside tiki bar. Enjoy shuffleboard, basketball, a fitness center, library, restaurant, spa, showers, and sauna. You will be able to sit on your patio and listen to the ocean waves. Bring your bicycles so you can ride to one of the many restaurants and tikis with entertainment.
When you tire of eating out, enjoy cooking in your updated kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, cookware, Keurig, blender, dishes, drinking, and wine glasses, and utensils.
For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels, umbrella or tennis rackets.
The gorgeous nine-hole golf course meanders throughout the community and is available to you at any time (free in the off season and only $5 in-season). Professional instructors are available for a fee. The tennis center , with its 10 quality tennis courts, 4 of which are new hydro-court subsurface clay courts, offers professional instruction (for a fee) leagues and fun tournaments. The resort is a 24-hour guarded gate community.
Fort Pierce is often called the Sunrise City. It offers contemporary shopping, dining, great fishing and a range of entertainment and activities such as the Farmers' Market, Bike Night, Friday Fest, Jazz Market and the Sunrise Theatre for the Performing Arts. Located within a few miles from the water view restaurants of Fort Pierce and from Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, there are plenty of options to fill your days.

Winter Getaway

This was our first time visiting this area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. James did an excellent job of communicating and answering any questions we had. The location of the condo is great; overlooking the ninth green, near the gym, short walk to the beautiful beach and close to the restaurant.

Well equipped and clean

For our third visit to Hutchinson Island in about a year, we decided to upgrade from a hotel. Couldn’t have been happier with this condo. Immaculate and well stocked with the essentials and more. Came with a cart, towels, and umbrella for the beach. Golf clubs and tennis rackets also available. Owner was on top of things and quickly rectified an unexpected problem with the heat when we experienced a cold spell. Community amenities are top notch, including pools, a hot tub, a beautiful beach, and restaurant. Would gladly return.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Clean and had everything we needed. We had one tiny issue and called our host and he called back within minutes and issue was resolved right away. No need to bring paper goods or laundry soap as it was fully stocked so we left what we purchased. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.

Beachy Easter Holiday

We love Ocean Village and all of the amenities for family fun. We especially liked this particular condo. It was well stocked and we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the 9th green of the golf course. There was some unplanned construction going on while we visited but the owners were quick and efficient at relaying the information that they had available. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or small family.

Perfect spot for family

We’ve been visiting my parents at OV for several years now and this has been our favorite spot. Excellent central location to beach/pool/other facilities and very clean. Biggest plus was the additional bed in the bedroom that allowed our two young children to sleep there. Owners were excellent communicators. Hoping to come back

Great time had by both of us

Lovely condo in Ocean Village. Right on the 9th hole which turned out to be fun to watch at the end of the day. Restaurant decent- 2 minute walk. Beach 3 minute walk. Condo absolutely stocked - including with beach gear, golf clubs, umbrella and more- which was so helpful as we flew into Orlando and couldn’t take any of that with us. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful Resort Get-A-Way

The property is perfect for a cozy beach get-a-way! Jim and Lisa have thought of everything! The gated community is just AWESOME! Fell asleep to the ocean waves crashing and ate delicious meals in the upscale restaurant. The pool houses were delightful and a nice change from the sandy beach for laps. We even took in a round of golf with small sets provided by our wonderful hosts! We will be back!

Great place to stay for adult without children. Overall stay was good but the entrance security was very rude. Don’t know if it was because we were visitors or if they treat everyone that way.

The property has so much to offer. The beach is a two minute walk, as well as the pool, the restaurant, the Tiki bar. There are many restaurants and lots of entertainment close by. Our condo is beautifully decorated and has a private screened in veranda where you can sit and relax and see the ocean just over the dunes.
