Desk and free Wi-Fi so you can work away from home! Full size washer and dryer. The full kitchen has all you need to make a meal at home or grill in fenced yard. Fantastic Beach Cottage!

This cottage has everything you need for a home away from home! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, well appointed kitchen, calming decor, comfortable beds, patio chairs, grill, outdoor shower, beach towels/chairs/toys, and more. Best part is that it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Thank you JoAnn for a wonderful stay. We loved it!

Amazing place!

This is the perfect, quiet neighborhood…great for our morning walks. Amenities were awesome! Very clean and modern. Just a couple blocks from the beach! We would definitely book again!

Adorable, quiet and very comfortable house

This was our second stay, and we loved it as much as we did the first time. The house is very clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed - grocery store, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. We were in town for the Daytona 500 races, and it was so nice to come "home" at the end of each day!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful short stay at this amazing condo. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; this was one of our favorite rentals. It had everything we needed, and the space was nicely laid out, much more spacious than we expected. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, and it even provided beach chairs for us to use. Additionally, it was just a short distance from a local grocery store. We loved our stay here and hope to return to this home when visiting family in the area. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Everything we expected and more

Our host was wonderfully communicative in letting us know about check in and where to find what we needed in the home. Suggested places to visit and restaurants close by, so we had a good idea of the best places to go. It’s a beautiful place and very comfortable. This will continue to be our first choice of our home away from home.

Labor Day weekend fun!

We had such a wonderful time here! Everything was clean and very nice! We brought our 8 year daughter who just loved having 2 beds in her room, of course one was for all her babies and loved having a closet to put all her little toys in! The bathroom was great and the shower pressure was amazing. That’s a big deal to us. We highly recommend this cute cozy beach house! We also rented a golf cart for weekend and they delivered to our rental. The owner was so sweet and accommodating to us. I appreciate the detail to our communication and look forward to another visit here!!! Thank you!

Cozy at the beach

We had a great stay! Kids and adults all felt at home here. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and cozy living room TV setup. Very clean, no sandy floors.

Short stay

This was a perfect not too far from the beach quick stay for us. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, cute costal decor, good location, quiet neighborhood and good communication with our host! Will definitely plan to come back!

NSB Need some beach

We had a wonderful stay, townhome is very comfortable and clean. Great location, short walk to beach and great access to bike trails. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Quick Trip to NSB

Great location! Walked to the beach in 5 minutes with the kids for sunrise, Publix and restaurants are all within a short 2-5 min drive. JoAnn was great in communicating, access was a breeze and overall we enjoyed our one night stay very much.

Bezaubernde Weihnachten in New Smyrna Beach

Vielen lieben Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Der Weihnachtsbaum war sehr schön. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Gehminuten , ein General Dollar ist auch um die Ecke. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet. Nur der Grill sollte mal erneuert werden. Wir werden die Location weiterempfehlen

Great weekend getaway

What a cute place! Everything it said it was online and even better in person. Owner was very accommodating and answered our questions right away. Nice easy walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful. Price is well worth it!

Quick trip

We absolutely loved this cute little house which was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great as it is a short walk from the beach. The host was very accommodating to let us check in early. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the house as we only stayed one night, we would love to plan a longer stay next time.

Beach Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great for proximity to the beach. We visited the Canaveral National Seashore based on recommendations from this listing. We ended up going there every day. A $20 pass is good for seven days. 24 miles of undeveloped seashore - no buildings, no condos, just beach, ocean, and nature. We would definitely come back for another stay at the beach cottage.

Perfect trip!

We had the best weekend visiting the beach cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing stay and a nice get away. Beds were super comfortable which is a huge plus! And it was a great location! We would highly recommend :)

AMAZING

This is the perfect place to stay if you and a few friends or small family want to get away. We were very close to the beach, and there are so many great restaurants nearby as well. Staying in at the cottage was always a great option too! I loved hanging out at the cottage because of the environment/aesthetic of the cottage felt cozy and makes you feel like you are on a beach vacation even when you are just relaxing at “home”. ALSO- JoAnn is a fantastic host! I will definitely be coming back!

We love NSB and hope you do too! This is a home we love staying in while we visit and have designed it so you are comfortable and feel welcomed. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! Close to all that NSB has to offer, but far enough away from the main strip to sleep peacefully...listening to the waves as you sleep.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Good sized, fenced back yard with picnic table and grill so you can eat under the stars and listen to the waves crashing on the sand. Short walk to multiple beach accesses as well as easy access to the river - beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided, too. Plenty of parking, too.
