Highland Shores 315 - Condo with Terrific Views

This is an inviting condo located in a conveniently lcoated in the Four Seasons area right off Horseshoe Bend Parkway about a mile to the Lodge of Four Seasons golf courses, the Cove and the Ridge. The condo is appointed with a lakeview primary suite with a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Offering a lakeview throughout and a screened in porch with a gas grill makes this the perfect condo for couples or a family but is not a good complex for party groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need and there are two flat screen TVs and WiFi throughout. The Highland Shores Complex offers a lakeside seasonal swimming pool and the grounds are well maintained. This is the perfect condo to enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer and is close to many local favorite restaurants, miniature golf, Go Kart tracks, golf courses and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. Whether coming for a business conference at the Lodge or coming to enjoy some fun in the sun, you will find this is the perfect condo to fit your needs. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management!

We enjoyed our weekend time together. Very clean, had everything we needed. The sofa bed was not comfortable though. Close to stores and restaurants. View was obscured by new building under construction. Pool is very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is easy to find and not far from the highway - although be mindful of the steep decline with 180 degree turns to enter the complex. We arrived after dark and the entrance does not have lighting so we were caught off guard. The complex was quiet - a pleasant surprise for the holiday weekend. It was nicely furnished and as described in the listing. We enjoyed having coffee on the large screened in balcony. We did not spend time at the pool but it was nice and clean. If you have children and want pool toys, you will need to bring your own. One of our guests used the sofa sleeper and said it’s “ok.” We have friends on the lake and did not need a boat slip or “toys” to enjoy the water, so the condo suited our needs. Only recommendation is to have more than 4 coffee cups, given the condo sleeps six. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I would recommend having the boat slip owners number on hand to pass on; we walked down and got the number off the gate on day two and ended up using his slip while staying in the condo. Prior to knowing this, we renting one off property per your team members suggestion that was several miles away and then ended up renting one on property the next day!
