Mike and Joy are Premier Hosts with over 195 5 star reviews! We are a phone call away to answer any questions. VRBO also provides 24/7 customer service too! YES, we love our VIEWS of the main channel both day and night! It is also awesome being able to watch all the birds up close. Enjoy the great views while you relax and cook out on the deck overlooking the water. Night lights are magical on the water. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures with contactless & key less entry to property. Free Wi-Fi in condo and at pool/clubhouse. Condominium complex provides onsite security. Outdoor activities abound from championship golf, biking and hiking trails nearby or on the property (lakeside hiking trail on property ½ mile). You may fish from shore or our covered dock. We also provide fishing poles for the kiddos. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri’s largest is nearby including Ozark Caverns and Grand Glaize Beach. Missouri is known as the cave state and several other caves are nearby and open year round including Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns. Hike the scenic trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! Numerous family activities including: mini-golf, go karts, SuperSplash USA Waterpark and Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark. Explore the historic exhibits at the Camden County Museum, Willmore Lodge and The Bagnell Dam Historical Museum. Enjoy shopping at Osage Beach Premium Outlets or many unique boutiques. Main Street Music Hall has live shows or check out a film at Marcus Eagles’ Landing Cinema. We are also close to Fort Leonard Wood, Lake Regional Hospital and Columbia College. Many restaurants 5 minutes away; Lil Rizzo, H Toad Bar & Grill, Shady Gators and Bobbers; just to name a few on Horseshoe Bend. Shawnee Bluff Winery is a must do for wine, food and 14 mile views! Many more restaurants are 10 - 15 minutes away, either on the Bagnell Dam Strip or in Osage Beach. Golfers take note, this unit is strategically located between two of the Lake's finest courses, Ridge and Cove, both are just a few minutes’ drive away!

The main bedroom features a king pillow-top bed, HDTV, private bath, and covered deck access. The second bedroom features a king mattress, covered deck access and hall bath. Living room and bedrooms have wall to wall sliders and expansive views of the lake! The living area features one queen sleeper sofa, two rocker/recliners, fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, stereo, games, movies, and covered deck access with gas BBQ grill. Our condo sleeps 6 MAX per local fire codes. Streaming online available with your passwords. Kitchen has all amenities reminding you of home. Full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy the large swimming pool with easy steps to the kiddo swim area along with enough room for some lap swimming. Sunken sitting area around the circumference of pool, 9 am – 10 pm weekdays /11 pm on weekends.

Walking trails along the shoreline (1/2 mile), tennis court, pickle ball and small playground. Please no smoking in unit, no pets. We accept rentals to guest over 25. Boat rentals nearby and slips available for rent $15 per night at complex. Boat ramp is very user friendly and trailer parking is OFFSITE for an additional fee during peak season CONTACT the Waters Edge Office at 573-365-2391 for availability, spaces are limited. Our stay was incredible from start to finish. Immediately upon walking in, the condo was clean and welcoming. I've been going to the Ozarks annually since I was born, and I can't remember staying at a nicer property. Joy is great at communicating with you and making sure that you have all that you need. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice view of the lake. Everything we needed in the condo. One day we just stayed in and enjoyed lounging while watching tv. Deck was nice to sit on too. We were also close and went up to the pool. It wasn’t busy, ice machine was empty but it was a hot day and we got there late. We will be back again for sure

Yearly Lake Vacation

I have come to the lake every year with my family growing up, and have continued the tradition with my wife and kids. We have stayed at the same condo every year, but decided to switch it up this year and rent in Waters Edge. It was a great decision. The owners were great and easy to get a hold of with any questions. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. We brought plenty of games to play with the kids, but found us playing Farkle all week which was provided at the condo. Would definitely recommend and will look at staying here again next year!

Joy & Mike are a fun-loving couple who enjoy the beautiful scenery, activities and people of Lake of the Ozarks! Joyce has been traveling/living in Lake of the Ozarks since childhood and always feels her roots each time we return. Mike is a newbie to 'the lake’ he had vaguely heard of the Lake but after he experienced it, he wanted his own slice of heaven. When the opportunity was presented to purchase, they jumped at the chance. We both enjoy the locale so central to everything but still nestled in with nature and the beauty of the waters. The 60+ bluffs and sparkling waters along with the green of the forest is just magical And what about FUN! We enjoy happy hours at many of the local restaurants; Baxter's, Michael's, Dog Days, Landshark, Backwater Jacks, HKs to name a few. We want your stay to be both memorable and enjoyable. Our complex prides itself on its park like setting, largeness of the units and decks with plenty of space. The pool is over-sized and with extended hours till 11 pm Friday/Saturdays and 10 pm weekdays! Golfing, nature trails, bike trails are just steps away.

Waters Edge is one of the premier complexes at Lake of the Ozarks. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. We love the large pool, mature shade trees and being so close to nature. Close to everything including restaurants, outlet mall and local wineries. Oh YES the views are simply marvelous!

The Lake of the Ozarks is, without a doubt, one of the top tourist attractions in the Midwest. It all started in the summer of 1929, when the construction of the dam began. Thousands of men came from all over the country to dig by hand through dirt, rock, and demolishing 30,000 acres of timber. They hauled all the excavated
material out with mules and wagons. Tons of iron and steel created the largest man-made lake in the Country with water from the Osage, Niangua, Grand Glaze, and Gravois rivers. In 1932, a few short years after construction was completed, the lake was full!
In 1934, a published guild was created for “vacationist” which included information about lake development, a full map of the lake, and only 57 resorts. While Lake of the Ozarks was booming, they still had one problem: the rest of the country
was trying to recover from the hardships that the Great Depression had left. It was not until the popular classic boat maker, Chris-Craft, figured out a way to mass produce the boats, which had historically been handcrafted, that the lake finally
saw the “boom” it was waiting for. Chris-Craft marketed these new assembly-line production boats to middle class income families and gave everyone an opportunity for “the good life.”
Buyers could purchase a 15ft sleek pleasure boat for only $4,000 (1935) and obtain speeds up to 25 miles per hour! This brought an entirely new world to the boating industry as working men could finally afford a recreational boat that could pull people across the water and gave new life to a young sport!
One thing remains the same - family and friends are still making memories.

Our condo is so comfortable and cheerful. We enjoy being close to nature, complex swimming pool and also the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. Our complex has one of the largest pools in the area with lots of deck seating in the sun and also in the shade. Free WI-FI at the pool and at the condo!

1. Bagnell Dam was built from 1929-1931. It was a beacon of light during the Great Depression, providing thousands of jobs to workers in the region.
