Weekend stay

The room was very nice and it was comfortable. The host was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy and accommodating for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect location for my stay. My host, Priscilla was amazing and so accommodating for any needs i had. What a gracious host. Very much appreciated. It may be small, but was immaculate and had all i needed. Perfectly perfect.

A great experience with an even greater host

They say good things come in small packages and this a perfect example of this. Priscilla is a tremendous host. She was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and check in check out process was seamless. I also loved the privacy it provided and I even had my own parking spot. If you are in the Orlando area this a great alternative to the higher priced hotels in the area.

Great area, great experience

Hi, I ended up booking 3 times in a row because i wasn't sure when i was leaving and Priscilla did a wonderful jobb of working with me to secure those dates. Room was just as described and was pretty much a studio. Good area within 10 min of great restaurants and gyms.

Suburban Orlando Studio

Nice accommodations with restaurants and stores nearby. 20-30 minute commute to the theme parks. 15 minutes from MCO and 30 minutes to downtown. Off street parking.

Great for one, a little small for two.

It truly is a “cozy sweet spot.” We enjoyed our stay, and it was about 2 miles from our daily destination. For one person, it would be quite comfortable. However, the configuration is not quite as accommodating for two … especially for longer stays. (My wife & I were there for 10 nights.) Having said that, we would definitely stay there again. What we liked: -The location is convenient (right off the Central Florida Greenway) with easy access to the airport and parks, close to stores and restaurants, and there’s a Sun Rail station about a mile away. - It’s a completely private space — including off-street parking. - Priscilla is a great host. - One lap around Chicago Woods Circle is a mile. It made for a nice morning walk. Here are some limitations about the property that might help others in their decision making process. - The only window is the one in the door. (The apartment is a converted garage.) - There is no separate thermostat in the apartment. Although, with the ceiling fan and oscillating fan, we were comfortable.
