TINY unit in cottage in the middle of Downtown

This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is across the street. There is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime.
The unit is private with separate entrance.

Owner lives in another unit on property please be courteous.

The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location.
This is a small unit inside a home with a private entrance. You have a private bedroom and bathroom. The unit is about 100 square feet. It is ideal for a couple or 1 person for a short stay. There is a mini fridge in the room, and coffee pot. There is plenty of room on the porch to hang out if you need more space and there's great people watching.
You may hear outside noise as it’s in the front of the house.

Is next to the front door. You will hear people going in and out.

Parking is free for one car. Early check in and out is extra.
Owner lives on premise please be courteous.
You will receive check in instructions on the day of check in.
Publix is nearby as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando.
Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour.
Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings.
Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. In a great part of downtown and very convenient. We had privacy and didn't need any adjustment or fixes during our stay. Good for the price if you're looking for a quick stay with a duo or solo traveler

Great economical stay in downtown Orlando

Came to town for a concert and just wanted a private bed and shower and this is exactly that! Clean, safe. We enjoyed using the porch too! Slept great, shower had plenty of hot water. Couldn’t ask for more

Great Location/not as advertised

The picture on the website is not a true depiction of the unit. Had I been shown the actual unit, I would have picked somewhere else to stay. lightbulbs missing, mold around the base of the shower. 1ply toilet paper, the bed is a queen shoved up against a wall. The bed itself was comfortable, but the bedding was old. I was concerned for our safety, but it was in fact quite safe. not at all what I was expecting. I would not recommend this unit, or renter. I feel as if I was deceived.

This was what I needed. Close to everything and nice place to stay. Much better then a hotel or motel. Definitely will use this place next time when in town.
