Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If there’s Active Bear activity, please keep trash bin in garage until early Monday morning to avoid a trash massacre.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*Due to one too many incidents involving irresponsible pet parents, owner is requiring guest to read and acknowledge RULES FOR DOG OWNERS.
*Kennels are required for your dog at this property to discourage pet exploring, marking and soiling. NEVER leave dogs ALONE unless KENNELED!

The cabin was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay there although not the fault of the owner we had to leave early. Easy walking distance to pinetop Lakeside golf course. We were able to book 2 private courses through our membership at a Scottsdale golf club and both white Mountain CC and Pinetop CC were great. The restruant selection, for us, was not great but fine. We would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful Cabin in the Pines

This was our 4th summer staying at Al's Place. We love it. The cabin is beautiful, imacculate and the perfect spot to relax and get out of the Phoenix heat. Communication with the property manager is fantastic. We can't wait to go back again.

Best VRBO Ever!!!

Everything was exceptional. The cabin was top quality and so beautiful. Exactly what you would want if it was your place.It was also the best equipped kitchen I have ever had the pleasure of preparing meals in.I cook a lot and it had everything from good frying pans to meat thermometers to graters for cheese. It was also stocked with coffee and aluminum foil and plastic wrap among many other things.We had stayed in dozen of VRBOs and none compared.Beds and pillows were comfortable and the area is just so lovely and quiet.Great visit!Thanks much!

12 Wonderful Days in Pinetop!

We been coming to Pinetop for a long time and this is truly a wonderful home to stay in. The location is in a great neighborhood. There is so much charm to this home and you will feel right at home as the owner truly cares for their property and you feel that by the way they pay attention to the details in the home. The home was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs. The back porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax, play cards and have a glass of wine. Location is perfect as you are close to golf, hiking, fishing and the town. Our communication with both the owner and the local host were excellent. We highly recommend staying here! If we could give it a 10 we would.

Beautiful place

We spent a long weekend there to go skiing. The cabin is impeccable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is ideal as it is close enough to dining and shopping and clise to the ski park. I definitely recommend this cabin.

Short vacation away from the heat

We loved this cabin - each of us with our own room, a nice big TV to watch movies together and a back porch with a grill and swing. Very relaxing - we felt right at home instantly. The beds and sheets were also amazing..
