Wonderful family friendly house - extended family of 10 ranging from 5 years to 70 all enjoyed the house. Very close to the underground and buses. The house is clean and Katie is incredibly helpful. Trust her on all the restaurant recommendations!

Great home for 8 people of varying ages. Check in smooth and communication great - we never had an issue but I felt if we did then it would have been dealt with promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 3 generations to celebrate a milestone anniversary! The rooms were very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything you would need. Little things like soap and shampoo in the bathrooms to coffee pots and spices in the kitchen. The little patio was great for a relaxing glass of wine after a day out and about in London. The location is ideal as you can walk to various grocery stores, fruit and vegetable stands, restaurants and coffee shops and various types of public transportation. Katie and David - many, many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

The home was lovely. We loved the location. Katie was a wonderful host! There were 2 Underground stations within walking distance. Portobello Road is very close by. We had lots of room for our 2 families to spread out. It was great to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much, too. Would absolutely stay here again!

A beautiful and comfortable home in Notting Hill. Incredibly convenient to the tube, many buses, corner stores, groceries, and great coffee/shops/nail salons, etc. We had many days in the house due to the Christmas and New Year's holidays, and we played board games, read, took walks to local parks, and cooked delicious meals. We also very much enjoyed the easy access to all London has to offer. It is a fantastic home, and we enjoyed every moment!

Such a beautiful home!

We stayed for 5 amazing nights at this beautiful house and didn’t want to leave. The location is amazing, the house is marvelously decorated and furnished, and everything you need is at your fingertips, including a thorough outline of how everything works! Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough.

Ideal for a family

Katie's house was perfect for our stay with adult children and grandchildren. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses and tube. We will stay here again if we return to London with the family.

Fantastic Property/Host in London

This beautiful Notting Hill home was perfect for our family of 5 adults on our vacation in London. Everything was well thought-out and our host Katie was gracious and available for any questions; the location is a great balance of solitude and city accessibility. Perfect family home in an amazing part of London!

We had four adults and five children ages 4-12 for a week, and absolutely loved the home and neighborhood. House is just as advertised, perfect location a short walk from tons of amenities and public transport. Katie is a wonderful host—super responsive and experienced, and she ensures you’re well set up for your stay. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Transit was very convenient to the house. Katie was very kind and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was really nice for everyone to have their own space and to have the use of a washer and dryer.

A Magnificent Property

This home is extremely well situated for your London adventure. The home has all the comforts you could wish for and the Host is very helpful. The host will greet you and walk you through the property and is readily available for anything that may come up.

Great time in Notting Hill

We thoroughly enjoyed Katie's Notting Hill house. The location and amenities were great for our multigenerational group of 10. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating during the check-in process and throughout the stay. The location relative to the tube stations and main roads of Notting Hill are great - you really have London at your fingertips. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a fantastic stay. This place exceeds the pictures. Two blocks from the tube, 5 or so to Portobello Rd. Very convenient. Wonderful place to come back after a day of touring.

Awesome Home in the Center of Everything

Beautiful home just steps away from Portobello Road. But far enough for peace and quiet. Spacious, perfectly decorated and with all the amenities you could ask for. And, it's a Mews House, with the garden facing wall fully opening up to bring the outdoors in. (Even when it rains a little - it's protected. We loved this stay.

fantastic location. lovely home

loved this home, it was perfect for our group of 6.(grandma, 2 daughters and 3 college aged kids) conveniently located to neighborhood convenience store, grocery, restaurant and bakery. katie our host have been any more helpful thru out the whole process. the kitchen is a dream. beds were super comfy, living and dining space were laid out so well. we will be back again!
