Plenty of space in a great hood.

  • 5 of 5

I travelled to Seattle by myself for some exploration and some baseball games. Nice little neighborhood. Not too far from the city center. I walked quite a bit and found it to be a nice invigorating stroll down to the action and a good little hike coming back up the hill. The studio was plenty big enough for me and easily can accommodate 2. The bathroom was unique, but not a problem at all. If I return to Seattle I would happily stay here again.

Affordable and Basic

  • 4 of 5

Basic comfort but had all the essentials. I did have to search for body wash as there was no bar soap but certainly not an issue. Instructions were very clear and good communications from Jose, including a headsup about mud in the back parking area from all the rain. i would suggest a load of gravel for next season. Apt. is close enough to restaurants and other amenities that I didn't have to drive the three nights I was there.

Nice & priced well for Seattle, great location

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was clean & well maintained. It was very convenient to the bus routes and included parking for our car. The only issue was the bathroom set up was very awkward to use and that was not shown in the pictures.

Owner's Response: We're glad that you enjoyed your stay. Yes, this bathroom toilet is awkward as you need to step up as shown in the photo and as mentioned in previous reviews.

Perfect space for our Seattle getaway!

Great Spot! This place has everything you need for a weekend getaway! It's very close to downtown Seattle and has many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance (Trader Joes/Starbucks/Safeway to name a few). We would definitely stay here again! :)

The location is great!

  • 4 of 5

We booked the small basement studio so we could babysit our grandson when my daughter's daycare had their biannual week off to regroup. We learned about it from our son-in-law's parents who come out from North Carolina to visit a few times a year. They used to stay in a hotel, but not since they discovered this place. The owners are an absolute pleasure to work with. They get right back to you and keep you informed about details of your visit. They are very friendly and accommodating. Its a very walking friendly location with lots of places to dine and imbibe within walking distance. Chuck's Hop House with about 1000 beers and different food trucks for lunch and dinner each day is just a half block away as is a small coffee shop. Over the hill is the Skillet restaurant which is good.. There are a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks. We will definitely book with them again. This is a small basement studio apartment in an older house, so its not the Hilton, but clean and neat with full kitchen. .
