Best place to stay in Seattle!
I was impressed by this tiny home! I stayed there with another person and it was just the right size. Im 6 feet tall and I was able to get around without any hassle. Any taller and you will have to duck. The hosts are great! They were very accommodating for both our arrivals and departures.
Great and Convenient
This place is great! It is very cozy and convenient as it is in walking distances to many places. We stayed here for 2 months and we were so sad to leave. Cindy and Jose are amazing hosts; they are very responsive and there to assist.
Cozy, convenient home away from home
Adorable, convenient to all tourist attractions. Very comfortable, best 4 nights sleep I've had in years. It is quiet, warm, cozy and far better than a hotel stay. We stopped at the grocery and got a couple staple items and at least one nights 'cook at home' meal. We kept calling it 'home'. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Its an older home and kept up very well. Beware of low ceilings. If you are in the 6ft height range you won't be too comfortable. Renters must do their part to respect and comply with Seattle's composting and recycling program. There is a chart to guide you and a notebook of information. If you forgot your travel guides there is a collection of brochures to review. Bed is firm & comfortable. Shower has tremendous water pressure. Driveway is very steep but manageable. Although I don't know how a large car would do. Owners are responsive through the site and email but not there with you which is fine. Laundry room available. Cable, Wi-Fi, kitchen needs. Definitely a cute little home feel. Thank you for your hospitality.
Cute and cozy, very low ceilings (watch out tall guys!)
My husband and I stayed for a week. The apartment is cozy, with everything you would need. We arrived on Halloween and Cindy had left a nice welcoming note and a bag of chocolate for us. Although we didn't need to communicate much with Cindy and Jose, it was nice knowing they were easily accessible if we did need anything. It's the small details that make a difference!
The apartment is on the smaller side but the closet is huge so we didn't feel like we had our luggage crowding the space. The two of us had enough room to never feel cramped. One thing that I have to mention and you MUST READ , if you're over 6 ft tall be prepared to duck! Being that it is a basement apartment the ceilings are low and the support beams are even lower. My husband even hit his head on the light fixture in the kitchen. Overall, for the price, location, and the luxury of off street parking you just can't beat it! Thank you Cindy & Jose!!
Very basic but clean and well located
If you're not tall (>6 ft) and if your housing requirements are very basic then this this place will meet your requirements.
What a little gem! Totally affordable and super close to downtown.
This was my first vacation rental experience (and my first time to Seattle) and I have not one bad thing to say about the property or the home owners. Everything you need to function is on site. Jose even offered to pick me up at the light rail station AFTER MIDNIGHT since I was alone and unfamiliar with the area. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Jose & Cindy for a great experience!
