With two interior fireplaces in each living room, the main living room has plush seating and a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood waiting for you. The second living room features a gas-log fireplace centered around a sectional, with windows overlooking the deck and the scenic views. With a newly renovated garage that now boasts a sectional, large screen TV and a large dining table that is ideal for larger groups, men wanting to catch the football game or kids playing video games. This ideal setup allows for the garage door to be open to view the wandering deer or closed. 3 great living room areas for all of your needs to make Mt Nebo State Park special.

** THINGS TO KNOW**

+ Check-in instructions sent to you3-5 days before arrival
+ Front door will have a code specific to you
+ You are inside the Mt Nebo State Park so you will have to go down the mountain to get to a grocery store
+ This is an Arkansas dry county- bring your alcohol
+ Mt petit Jean and Mt Magazine are a short drive and offer a great additional exploration of State Parks
+ Dardanelle (city) is located at the bottom of the mountain, and Russellville is just past Dardanelle.
+Dardanelle is a 15-minute drive, and Russellville is a 22 min drive.
+ Washer and Dryer are on the first floor
+Second dryer located in the garage

We strive to give you the best experience available. Mt Nebo State Park is gorgeous and has absolutely stunning views from multiple places on the mountain, including our decks. We have been inside the Mt Nebo State Park for years ( You will see our original house called the "Cornwell House" at the entry to our private drive). We are here to answer any questions you may have and we are always happy to help. The drive up the mountain is a switchback and can be a little daunting if you are not familiar with a switchback, but all of our kids have driven it, so it's easier than it looks at first glance. We strive to make your visit to Mt Nebo State Park and Sunrise Mountain Haven enjoyable and filled with memories to last a lifetime.
