Host answered any question I had. She is very nice. I have stayed in this house many times through the years. I love it! Great location . Fantastic view, both day and night. I was amazed at all the changes that have been made. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Our group has booked this property every September formany years. Always find new improvements each year.This time (2) new central air conditioners, they redid the50 foot back porch (nice), etc. The weather was Great!

Great property with an amazing view on Mt. Nebo. We spent hours on the back porch reading, relaxing, doing yoga and enjoying the view. There was a nice breeze most of the time along with multiple fans to help us stay cool while enjoying being outside. We enjoyed the many hiking trails in the area. The house had great wifi to take some work video calls during our stay.

Family Retreat

Great home for family trip to relax!

We’ve come to Mt. Nebo for years since ‘85 and we’ve in the last 16 years stayed here when we’ve been able to get all the family together. The house has anything and everything you’d need to have a great family vacation with the perfect views and lots of opportunities to make memories!!

Lovely Getaway spot

Our family enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The views were breathtaking, the house had a lot of space to relax or socialize, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.During a really bad storm we lost power and the generator kicked in an continued to power the entire house! This house is definitely on our list to visit again.

Always The Highlight Of Our Summer

There is no better place in Arkansas to log-off and slow down. We do a big shop before heading up the mountain and we don’t come down until it’s time to check out. This is a world class retreat. If you’re a Mountain Biker it’s basically the cycling version of ski-in/ski-out.We’ll be back again next year.

Gorgeous View

Beautiful home with an amazing view. All you need are your comfy clothes and food. Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Very quiet and peaceful.

Here Comes The Sun...do do do do...

If you LOVE sunrises, THIS is your place. I could show pictures, but it just doesn't do it justice. You MUST see it in person. The house was neat, up to date and perfect for my group. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs (one with a queen, the other with two queens...), the upstairs were several beds laid out in with feel of a barracks or open dormitory (without all the negative connotations). We were in town for a youth conference and will definitely be booking in the future.

Idyllic getaway

My family has made a tradition of enjoying the MLK long-weekend on Mt Nebo. We love the views, hiking trails, wildlife, weather, and serenity of this special park. This amazing house makes the trips even more special. The house is beautiful, cozy, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. This was our second stay, and I know we’ll be back.

Family Thanksgiving

As life goes, our family hasn’t gotten together as often as we should except for funerals lately. We always say we need to gather like we did back when we were children so this year I decided to make that happen. This house was the perfect place to have loved ones gathered. We ate, played board games, ate some more then sat and visited.Much love and fun!

Tradition

We, as a family, have been staying here for many, many years. As always, we had a great time. Besides a GREAT location, the house has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. We have enjoyed watching the improvements the owner has made over the years. If one rents this place and doesn’t have a good time it’s there own darn fault.

Family Weekend

visit but getting to stay at The Kellam House made it even more special. Just as lovely as it was the last time we stayed here 25 years ago. The house is very well furnished and comfortable…..but that view ……absolutely stunning! Stay here! You won’t be disappointed!

I am Shirley Kellam welcome to my home. I live in Russellville, Ar. about 15 miles from my Nebo home. I have been a teacher (high school and college), was a competitive bass fisherman for 15 years fishing on the women's Bass Women' s circuit. I have two wonderful and sweet kids (1 son and 1 daughter) and 5 Grand kids. Life is great!!!! AND AS OF NOW 2 GREAT GRAND DAUGHTERS!!!

I inherited this property. It has always been a part of my life. I can't imagine not having this home to go and hang out. Now I am renting this, I' m probably the happiest person alive-I can clean this house, hang out, and sit outside on the bluff, relax, etc.
