This beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just across from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect vacation home for families!

If you're looking for the full experience of the beach then Serendipity is for you. From the location of the home to the décor you'll know you've finally made it to a relaxing beach getaway. The fully stocked kitchen is cheerful and open to the comfortable living area and gulf views can be seen from the many windows. The living room offers a comfy sleeper sofa and a 50" large flat screen Smart TV!

All of the bedrooms at Serendipity are bright with tropical colors and more of those great windows and views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large screen Smart TV and private bath with a walk in shower. It also has access to the deck! The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen Smart TV and offers views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a flat screen Smart TV and each bedroom has a DVD player too. This home sleeps 9 easily.

Just off the living room is a large deck that offers views of the gulf and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. It's a great place to enjoy your morning cup of joe and take in the beautiful sunrise or just listen to the breeze in the surrounding palm trees that also provide some privacy while on the deck. Underneath the home is a spacious area for grilling out and enjoying family time after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. This amazing home also comes with a Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, and an Umbrella!

Navarre Beach has been labeled as The Most Relaxing place for a reason. Grab your fishing pole and head over to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf Coast or take a walk to the Sea Turtle Conservatory and check out their newest arrivals. Great property. Loved the location. Short walk to public beach access. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever rented. The house felt like home and was even better than we had hoped for. We will be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in the house for a week. 5 adults and 4 young kids. The house is a perfect location to the beach. A close walk and not in a high traffic area. We cooked using the grill multiple times and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The bed in the guest room was extremely firm. I couldn't sleep on it. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the TV in their room. The master bedroom was directly off the deck and was very spacious. It was clean upon arrival, however for days after there was an extremely strong fish smell. We had to buy air freshener because it simply wouldn't go away. The house is older, but it had everything we needed. Navarre is absolutely perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle and very relaxing.

Over the years we see the owner has pride in the upkeep and care of the property with new HVAC system, new appliances, some new furniture, new countertops and master bedroom new walk-in shower update. Beds should be next please!

The house was relaxing, clean, and in a great location. The downside to the house is the interior doors that have clear glass panes in them that allow more sound and light into a room than normal.

Great location, so much fun

We loved staying at Serendipity. Location was great. Access to beach was just across the street. Great area to walk or ride bikes. The house was plenty big enough with a great deck to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean with morning coffee or dinner.

The master bathroom and shower were amazing. It has close access to the beach, the deck is perfect to sit and relax on. The beds were some of the most comfortable that we have slept on, everything was so clean and organized. The girls in the office were so welcoming when we checked in. You are away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it is just a short walk or ride to the pier and restaurants. We will definitely be back and would not think twice about booking this beautiful property again.

Great for Family

We loved this house! It was great place for a family gathering. Short walk to the water, lots of space, great kitchen for cooking meals, nicely decorated, nice master bedroom and large shower, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The managers were friendly, helpful, and even left us some snacks and a nice little beach bag. It was perfect for us and we would definitely rent it again.

Great location!

We loved the location of this home directly across the street from the beach. It is a lovely little home that fit our family comfortably. However, there were a few cons... First of all the house stinks. I had to go through, open up windows and use Febreze to get rid of the mildew, rotten old house smell. It was almost as if it was mopped with dirty dog bath water. There is a LOT of busy colors and nick nacks EVERYWHERE so that was a little distracting. Every single room is painted almost neon colors. Not soothing & relaxing like you want in a beach vacation home. Also, brand new countertops were installed in the kitchen and bathrooms which are GORGEOUS! However, opening the cabinets to 25-year-old stinky plywood was rather gross. The inside of cabinets desperately needs a coact of paint to bring it up to date! Finally, the management Co. was very helpful and quick to respond. It is weird that you have to stop at an office to pick up keys. Having to 1. keep up with keys, lock, unlock, etc is a pain. The door locked us out once (because there is an old school lock on the knob) and my son had to scale the deck and let us in. (Thank God we had left the deck door unlocked!) We own several properties in Seaside and Costa Rica and the easiest way for customers to enter is with a digital keyless keypad. This ensures no accidental lockouts and can arrive anytime! All in all the location was amazing and house was cute.
