Lovely home with all necessary amenities. Great neighborhood, residential but easy walk to restaurants, shops and activities. Our host was welcoming and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Incredible host and beautiful house. The location was perfect for the two main areas of Seward and the house itself provided everything we could have wanted and then some. The host was very responsive and happy to help make this the best visit it could be. We enjoyed every minute of staying here.

The property was well maintained and stocked with all the kitchen needs including utensils, spices. oils, and cookware. The host was an amazing and responsive when contacted. We arrived in Seward earlier than expected and the host was able to accommodate an early check in. Thank you for hosting and I would highly recommend the Sockeye house for your stay in Seward

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Especially liked the proximity to downtown and the waterfront restaurants and shopping. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked in comparison to the other properties we booked for this trip. The kids in our party especially liked the selection of board games. My only complaint would be the bed in the bedroom on the main level ... the mattress was not very comfortable and it had some type of plastic mattress protector that was very loud every time we moved even slightly. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

We loved everything about this house. Property is in excellent condition and was very clean upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for our family group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids). Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen is a good size and was well stocked. There was also plenty of seating room in the living area plus a separate sitting area. Deck was also nice. House is very conveniently located a few blocks from downtown and the water front.Communication with the owner was excellent. We were provided with access information well in advance, and questions were answered promptly.We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. There was more to do in Seward that we realized, and will probably stay longer on our next trip.

We enjoyed this cute house! We stayed for a few days with our kids in the 3 downstairs bedrooms. There was plenty of space and it was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed. It was also very clean. We enjoyed having our morning coffee upstairs in the various seating areas. We walked everywhere or took the free shuttle—there was a stop really close to this house. We were able to walk to a close hiking spot one day. There were some really good places to eat and fun shopping very close to this house, too. There is a church next door and even though they had an outdoor gathering one day with several people, there was no issue with noise or anything (and one of our kids made a friend playing hide and seek). Also, the house is on one of the main streets but we didn’t notice traffic noise at all.
