This 2 bedroom house with hot tub is tucked away in a quiet neighbor hood in the Harbor View Sub. The floor bedroom has a new full size bed and a new queen size bed, and surround sound with a 42” flat screen tv. The kitchen has full size freezer/fridge, dishwasher, four burner gas range, double oven and a microwave. Equipped with all the basic kitchen home essencials from pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls and eating /cutting utensils that you minght need. The grand living room has seating for 6 with a recliner and reclining couches facing a 80” monster tv with surround sound. The main bathroom has a marble tile walk in shower with a double vanity. The upstairs bed room has new full size bed with a 42” flat screen tv with surround sound. There’s also small closet and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. On main floor is a LG front loading washer and dryer for clothing’s.
Finally out on the back deck is a 6 person hot tub to relax in from your daily stress.

Perfect for our needs. Check in was easy. 10 minutes outside of Seward so not around the chaos but convenient for quick trip to town. No TV but who needs TV on an Alaska vacation? Thank you Aaron for a great stay.

Beautiful location. House was nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Very nice washer and dryer. Very minor things: Could not get the tv system to work (older model), ice maker and water in the door fridge were not working, internet poor. Did not come to Alaska for those things!

The place was fine-good location, clean, comfortable but there were no directions regarding the hot tub, tv, internet, etc. The stove and icemaker did not work at all! When internet worked, it was very spotty!It had good potential but really missed the mark on too many things!

This place is fantastic! With the price point being what it is I was honestly expecting a subpar experience, but was immediately blown away by how nice it was. We had a large group of 6 people and there was ample space for all of us. It’s also close enough to Seward that grocery story trips are super easy, while also far enough away that you feel like you’re out in the wilderness. If I’m in the area again I will absolutely be staying here again. 5/5

Owner was not responsive at all - his cat was in the hosue and we did not know what to do with it. Strange smell on staircase. Did not use hot tub, but water looked questionable. House was otherwise fine.

Nice out of town retreat

Aside from a couple hiccups the place is great. The owner was close by but gave us our space. Luckily he was close enough to take care of a small hiccup and the rest of the stay was relaxing.

Great stay close to Seward!This house is just a short drive to Seward, which made it a perfect home base for exploring the area. It had a lot of great features, but our favorites were the hot tub (amazing after a long hike!) and the beautiful bathroom.We’d read in other reviews that communication could be an issue, but we received our check-in instructions early on the day of arrival and had no problems at all.The only minor downsides were a limited selection of kitchen utensils and occasional spotty Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Seward!

Great location!

Our stay near Seward was so much fun! The location worked well for us. Had a small issue upon arrival of a low battery chirp upon arrival but Aaron arrived within 15 minutes to replace! Thank you!
