Winter getaway

Wonderful house! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Had one of the best views of the gulf. Just need a bigger sign with the address was a little hard to find, but overall highly recommend!

New Year's on the Beach

We loved our stay! It was so nice being directly on the beach. We were constantly going back and forth from the beach to the house for meals, grabbing something we needed, etc. We were impressed with the sea shells we collected in this area of the beach. The house is away from crowds which was great with vacationing with my Autistic kiddo.

Great property. Beach is just beyond the yard. House is open floor plan, plenty of space for big families to enjoy time together inside or out. Loved the captain chairs on the deck to enjoy the elevated views and breeze.

Beach Oasis

The house was beautiful and the views were absolutely immaculate! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house was perfect except for the sliding glass door being hard to open and the mosquitoes were bad first thing in the morning and late at night. But even with those two little issues, it was well worth the stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful beach house

We had a great time relaxing and playing at the beach. Having the beach house so close made it so convenient for bathroom breaks and to get a quick snack. The deck is great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Lots of space for us and the kitchen was perfect for making family meals.

Great stay

This property was very clean, well-equipped and exactly as advertised. The outdoor porch and seats were perfect and the beach access was great. Since there is a large overgrown and uncut area on the road side of the property, we did have some trouble with mosquitoes. Be sure to bring spray.

The Best Beach House Ever

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING! Some of the best features were all of the various types of deck furniture (that gives you great views of the ocean where you can relax), and the kitchen (that really does have everything you need…we literally made all of our traditional sides with a turkey and ham for a full Thanksgiving Dinner since we were in the Cottage during Thanksgiving)!

The perfect beach house!

This beachfront house was perfect for our family trip. You can’t beat being able to walk from a house straight onto the beach. And it wasn’t crowded at all, what a bonus. The house had everything our family needed and was clean and cute! I have no complaints at all. We loved everything about the house inside and out! We will definitely come again!

Spring Break Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Cottage Del Mar! We came down to kick off Spring Break with my 13 year old son and his two friends. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boys play on the beach. We also loved the beach access for our side by side.

More than we expected!

This house was beautiful and had every detailed covered. We loved how family friendly it was for baby, toddler, parents and grands. Great set up and personal beach. Beach was so close and we could let napping babies rest while we kept playing! Beach traffic was low and kids could run freely. The house was so clean and excellent upgrades. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Steps from Paradise

Cottage Del Mar is nicely appointed, it's clear the owners have put a lot of work into it. The access to the beach is such a big deal for our family. You can walk outside, down the steps, through a small yard, onto a pathway and 20 yards from the slab you're on the beach. Very few properties on Bolivar have a pathway directly from yard to beach.
