This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen and living room and Master bedroom. 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10. Floor plan includes Master bedroom with Master bathroom, queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, one queen/queen bunk and one twin/twin bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. All beds are made for you. Sheets and linens provided at no charge. Huge deck overlooking the Gulf with plenty of seating. Back deck off the Master bedroom overlooks the inter coastal canal. Picnic table, 1 table and seating for 16 below the house plus a bar. Golf cart access to the beach. WIFI included with 50" Roku television in living room and a tv in the Master bedroom.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Start a load of towels
Do not make any used beds. We will strip for you.
Set thermostat at 72 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO REFUND DUE TO BAD WEATHER. See cancellation policy rules for refunds.
Subletting and/or Subleasing to outside parties is prohibited. You will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid

Family beach trip

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The home was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The beach was perfect with very little traffic. We enjoyed our time in the surf, ebiking, and spending time together.

The house was exceptional! So clean and every comfort we could ask for. So well thought out. The rooms were spacious and uncluttered. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We were steps from the beautiful water. The sounds of waves and birds, sunshine everyday.We couldn’t have asked for more wonderful conditions. The BEST part…. It wasn’t crowded. Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium, moved back to Nebraska and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.
