Professional business woman and mom. I enjoy spending time in the Black Hills enjoying outdoor activities and local cultural events. The area is a great place to raise a family.
Why they chose this property
My home is located in a small and quiet housing development. We are minutes from Interstate 90 yet far enough removed that you do not hear the sounds from the highway traffic. Our home is located 20 minutes East of Sturgis or 20 minutes West of Rapid City. If you enjoy hiking or riding ATV trailes, we are minutes from the base of the foothills and you can quickly access many trails to bike, hike, walk, or trail ride. The Black Hills have many beautiful canyons and within 20 minutes you can enjoy Vanocker Canyon or 30 minutes you enjoy Spearfish Canyon with it's beautiful colors, waterfalls, and wildlife. In addition, you are a short drive to the historic town of Deadwood and its many cultural or community events, gambling, and historical tours. The Black Hills area offers many family friendly towns and activities including Keystone, Hill City, Custer, Hot Springs, and more. You will find many community/cultural events, outdoor activities, and more. We are located in a quite community allowing you to escape the city yet close to nightlife, shopping, restaurants, and more.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing and gazing at the rolling farmland or enjoy a quite evening around a fire while watching the sunset and breathtaking star filled sky. Located on quite residential street.
