Riley's Retreat Hot Tub and air conditioning!

Riley’s Retreat is a great house for families. It is in a great location, just off Highway 385 and near the beautiful Pactola Reservoir. The back yard is the National Forest.
The main level has a kitchen, dining room, a sunken living room , and a bedroom with a king bed. The living room has a hide-a-bed couch. The bathroom on this level has a shower. There are three levels in the house, and the main level has central air. There is a deck with a great view of the mountains. There is also room on the deck to grill.
The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. You have to walk through the room with the queen bed to get to the room with the twin beds. There is a window air conditioner in the upper level.
The lower level also has central air, as well as a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. There is also a room with a queen bed on this level. There are washer and dryer facilities on the lower level. There is a four-person hot tub here as well.
Please be aware that there are spiral staircases connecting the upper and lower levels to the main level. If you’re staying with kids or older people, there’s a child gate you can use to block off the stairs.
There’s parking for four vehicles and 1 16 ft trailer. Additional trailer parking is available at our office.
