Clean place. But terrible carpentry work for the remodel. New rules once you are on the way…. Park under carport because the neighbor complained about car doors closing near her bed room and waking her up. Also do not wear shoes inside, use your slippers and leave shoes at the door. And then to top all off, they requested for us to tidy up. She was aware that 4 adults were all in our 60’s…we are not kids. All in all it was clean and close to where we needed to go. And very quiet neighborhood. The hosts communication was good.

Meet and Greet

Bright, spacious with updated appliances, kitchen,cleaning supplies available. Bathrooms updated need exhaust fans. Master bedroom need secure chair vs stool safety ,small rugs in bathrooms sliding on floor increases risk of falls. Lots of compliments from guests, enjoyed my vacation nice renovation

Newly updated house

We stayed for a 3 day trip and had a nice time. It was close to the attractions in Charlotte. The interior was all new finishing sand furniture. The towels were very luxurious and the beds were extremely comfortable.
