Huckleberry Hut is a cozy 2-bedroom cabin tucked into the trees of Island Park, about 40 minutes from Yellowstone’s West Entrance and across the street to world-class fishing on the legendary Henry’s Fork of the Snake River.
Spend the day fishing, exploring Yellowstone, riding ATV trails, or just soaking in the mountain scenery — then come back and relax on the wrap-around deck in the quiet forest.
It’s a simple, comfortable cabin that makes a great Yellowstone basecamp.

• Two private bedrooms
• Sleeper sofa (up to 6 guests total)
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Cozy living room with TV and fireplace or heaters
• Air conditioning for summer comfort
• Private wrap-around deck (partially covered)
• BBQ grill
• Fiber WiFi
• Free on-site parking
• Keyless entry for easy check-in
We’ve also added body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom to make packing easier.
Fresh linens, clean towels, and a tidy cabin are always a priority for us.
The Space
Huckleberry Hut is designed as a comfortable home base after long days outdoors.
Inside you’ll find:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Living room – Sleeper sofa
The cabin works best for up to 4 guests, but it can accommodate up to 6 using the sofa sleeper.
The living room offers a cozy place to relax with a TV and fireplace, while the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and basic essentials if you’d like to prepare meals at the cabin.
Kitchen & Dining (Setting Expectations)
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking simple meals during your stay.
The dining area is cozy rather than large. There is a small eating space for up to 5 guests, and we provide TV tray tables so additional guests can comfortably eat from the sofa.
It’s not a formal dining setup, but it works well for relaxed cabin meals after a long day exploring the outdoors.

Honest Cabin Notes (Because Accuracy Matters)
Huckleberry Hut is a comfortable, well-kept cabin, not a luxury resort.
If you’re looking for something clean, peaceful, and close to fishing and Yellowstone, you’ll likely feel right at home here.
If you’re expecting oversized spaces or brand-new luxury finishes, this cabin may not be the right fit.
We prefer to set clear expectations so guests arrive knowing what to expect — and leave feeling the cabin delivered great value for their stay.

Hi there — I’m a mom, business owner, and lifelong lover of the outdoors. Traveling with my family is one of my favorite things, whether we’re exploring somewhere new or rediscovering places close to home. We’re the kind of people who will stop to read every historical sign, detour for a scenic view, and turn a simple trip into an adventure.
Hosting started because I genuinely love where I live and want others to experience it the way we do. I’m not a big property management company — I’m a hands-on owner who cares about the details and about people having a good, comfortable stay.
My places aren’t “luxury resorts,” but they are clean, thoughtfully set up, and in beautiful locations. I try to give clear, honest descriptions so guests know exactly what to expect — no surprises, just fresh air, cozy spaces, and room to relax.
We’re pretty laid-back, friendly people, and I enjoy connecting with guests while still giving them plenty of privacy to enjoy their trip. If you need recommendations, directions to the river, or just want to know where locals actually eat — I’m happy to share.
Thanks for considering one of our places for your getaway. It truly means a lot to our family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
What makes Huckleberry Hut special is its balance of location and simplicity.
You’re close enough to Yellowstone (under 40 minutes to the West Gate) to make easy day trips — but far enough away to come back to quiet evenings in the trees.
For anglers, it’s hard to beat. The cabin is near Henry’s Fork and across from the TroutHunter area, making early morning fishing easy and convenient. You can wake up, grab your gear, and be on the water quickly.
Unlike larger resort-style properties, this cabin offers:
• A peaceful wooded setting
• Privacy with your own driveway and deck
• Fiber WiFi (not always common in rural areas)
• AC for warm summer days
• A comfortable, practical layout that works well for couples, small families, or fishing buddies
It’s the kind of place where you grill dinner after a long day, sit on the deck with coffee in the morning, and actually hear the quiet.
If you’re looking for a clean, cozy basecamp for Yellowstone, fishing, ATV riding, or simply slowing down — this cabin delivers solid value in a prime location.
