MAIN LEVEL~ Entering the home on the middle floor, you will come up 10 steps to enter the front door, and find the Master bedroom, hallway bath, Kitchen, Dining area and 1st of 2 Living Rooms. The Deck is also off of the dining room on this level, with dining furniture and overlooks the Tennis Courts.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with the necessary cookware dishware and utensils for preparing your gang great meals! With an open floorplan, even the designated chef can be a part of the fun!
Enjoy the Gas Fireplace in the center of the space while kicking back and watching a movie

UPPER LEVEL~ 2 bedrooms, Loft sleeping and full bath
LOWER LEVEL~2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2nd Living Room with gaming area and laundry. Access outside thru sliders will take you to a covered seating area looking out to the Tennis/Pickleball court. The Game Room has a Shuffleboard Table (new addition) & AirHockey Table Lots of board games provide as well for fun family time!

1. Master is on main floor, upgrading to a King bed in May (as listed). Smart
TV, Room Darkening blinds, bureau and large closet. The En-Suite
bathroom includes a corner soaking tub, walk in shower and lit vanity.
2. Upstairs 1 has Two Twin Beds, Bureau Closet
3. Upstairs 2 has a Queen bed, Closet
4. Lower Level 1 has a Twin over Full bunk, PLUS another twin Bed. Closet
and room darkening blinds
5. Lower Level 2 has a Queen bed with Twin Trundle bed, room darkening
blinds and large closet
6. Upper level loft has a futon for added sleeping option

Lake Club passes are INCLUDED for 12 people in the summer time!!! This gives you access to the beach, pools, boat rentals and more!

Parking for FOUR - There is assigned parking out front for 2 cars - overflow parking can be found at the tennis courts behind the home.

Being in the Big Boulder Community, we have access to the all year round in door Split Rock Water Park. No need to stay at the hotel to gain access but there is a fee to enter.

Please be aware we have our own Stay Agreement that you will need to approve once booked to ensure you abide by our terms and conditions and registration with our HOA, and must be 24yr old to book
Pet Friendly! $50 per pet/per stay
