This 6th floor unit featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 17, Episode 13 - is perfect for your next Galveston getaway! Sleeps 4 guests with king-sized bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Modern beach décor and updates throughout this unit. Living room with wide-open view of the Gulf and sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, full-size frig, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig to make your morning coffee. Spacious bedroom with king bed and flat screen tv. Bunk beds have been added so great for small kids. Need to work remotely? No worries. This unit is equipped with WIFI. Washer and dryer in unit for use after a sandy day at the beach.

Beautiful condo. Kitchen had all essentials to cook meals. Big shower with plenty of hot water to wash off after a day at the beach. The pool areas were great. Wish the bunk beds were separate from the master.

Relaxing vacation

Quiet and clean. Lazy River was our favorite. Access to beach was a little tricky but better than crossing the highway. We had a nice relaxing stay.

Great stay

The Diamond Beach Resort is an amazing property. The pool and lazy river are wonderful. The game room is a fun place to spend some family time. The condo has all the amenities you will need while spending time at the beach. The condo uses the space beautifully.

Relaxing getaway

Great spot for a relaxing getaway. Complex is conveniently located and Unit was clean and well maintained. Great view of the pool and ocean from the deck. On-site amenities are awesome and kept the kids entertained. Will look to rent again next time we visit Galveston.

Perfect getaway

Everything was clean and perfect for a quick getaway for 2. Enjoyed the view and loved having options beyond the beach. Loved a long lazy river float and sitting on the beach taking in the sights and sounds. Chairs were provided for the beach which was a great extra. Highly recommended!

Perfect place

We had a great time at Diamond Beach condos. We rented one that we stayed in last year, but brought a couple more people this year so we needed to try a 2nd one. The unit was perfect for our needs. Great location. Loved the decor and the unit was very comfortable. We will stay again !

Overall great resort!

Resort was great! The condo was smaller than we thought. The bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty and the sofa sleeper was quite and used, very uncomfortable.

long weekend in Paradise

Nice condo. Diamond Beach Resort has a lot of entertainment . The owner Jessica was quick to respond. The only negative thing I can write about is the balcony is small.We would, and do plan on staying there again. Cheers!!

Off season rental

Rented this place in January and had the whole resort to ourselves! Outdoor pool was too cold but everything else was great. Condo is very clean and well decorated with high ceilings.

Overall we had a great time, loved the place. However the bathtub wouldn’t hold water good bc the stopper was broken. & the sofa could use an upgrade, makes a lot of noise and not that comfortable but overall it was a nice place.

Amazing property!

This was the perfect condo for myself and my 6 year old. It actually seemed much bigger than it looked in the pictures. I loved the balcony, the view was incredible. The pool area and lazy river were huge and very well maintained. It rained much of the time that we were there, but on rainy days we enjoyed the large indoor pool. It was actually pretty fun to watch the storm through the large windows by the indoor pool from the second floor. We had such a wonderful stay.

First family vacation

Booked this as our first family vacation with our daughter. She loved every moment and loved sleeping on the top bunk. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we could prepare meals throughout the day as needed. The outdoor pool is fantastic for littles and adults. I will stay at this property again but maybe a different room. I would have enjoyed more balcony space and more comfortable furniture.

Great Apartment

I stayed for about 3 weeks here - 2 weeks by myself - felt completely safe in the area and then my family came to visit AK and stayed with me for an additional week. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook with a few extra things would have been nice like a baking sheet/pizza pan and some tupperware - but not really a big deal. the toiletries provided were of nice quality and plenty! (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap). and the Owner was great about answering questions during my stay and was very helpful. Would stay here again and the neighbors were pretty nice too :-).

Fun getaway

We enjoyed our stay, condo was clean and comfortable. Amenities were disappointing, however, which is not reflective of condo owner. The slide was closed, and it is summer, which is NOT off-season. Arcade had broken/non-working games. Our kids were extremely disappointed. Outdoor pool area and lazy river were nice, tubes were available for free. We enjoyed the beach access as well. Overall good stay.

Perfect Small Family Stay

I hesitate to speak too highly of our experience because I selfishly don’t want the availability of this property to decrease while the price increases, but it truly was great for me and my two children (5 and 7). Our stay was in the off season so the property wasn’t crowded at all. I would imagine it’s busy in the summer, so it would be a different experience. My kids had a great time, the rental itself was perfect for our small family, and we will definitely be back. The indoor pool was nice, the outdoor pool was HUGE (pictures don’t do it justice), my kids loved the lazy river, and the beach was easy to get to. Note: the bunk bed pictured actually has a trundle bed at the bottom, so three people could sleep there.

Quick Trip

Went to Galveston for a long weekend. Check in for this rental was 3 PM. After leaving the concierge desk, I went to my room which wasn’t cleaned from the last guest. I contacted the front desk who contacted the owner who reached out and said they would be on their way. Room wasn’t clean until after 6 PM, which was a little disappointing Given that I was only there for a few days. The views were great. The weather did not cooperate on this specific weekend but we had a good trip. Overall a good stay, but wish the owner would’ve tried to compensate for the unclean room.

Beautiful and comfortable

We were in Galveston for our daughter's wedding and came in 3 days early. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, the condo was clean and inviting and there were plenty of fluffy towels which was huge because the last VRBO we rented gave us one very thin towel each for a week. Communication with the owner was great for the most part. She notified us prior to arrival of street closures due to filming of 1923 which was helpful and appreciated. The front desk clerk told us when we arrived the pools were closed and she was surprised that we had not been informed of this ahead of time. The only suggestion I would make is newer, thicker pillows on the beds. They are very flat and even stacking the two on the bed plus one from the bunk did not help. Typically we travel with our own pillows and didn't which I was regretting after the first night. The biggest plus was the mattress was very comfortable and the room dark so once you fell asleep, it was easy to sleep in. Great amenities on property, especially for someone who may be traveling with children. Large game room.Beach toys in condo. The spa on property was incredible. Hubby and I both had a one hour massage while we were there. We thought there would be somewhere to eat while on property but it may have been by the pools that were closed and inaccessible. We had to leave the property for meals but there are lots great of places in Galveston to eat. Overall I would recommend and we will be back next year.
