Centrally located with many popular parks within a short walking distance: Recently updated all flooring with new carpet in the bedrooms and laminate throughout the rest of the house. Property has large shade trees that keep it comfortable. House backs up to a wooded area. Very little traffic or road noise on this quiet cul de sac and nearby roads are great for long walks. Short drive to Millcreek Canyon or Downtown SLC. Suggest to have a car for getting around.
