Butler Manor Carriage House, excelente ubicación, vistas espectaculares!

Mayordomo Manor Carriage House es un apartamento autosuficiente rodeada de jardines, en una finca. Esta cabaña de un dormitorio / un baño es un excelente ejemplo de la arquitectura isabelina inglesa Tudor con aproximadamente 840 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Está a 15 minutos de las montañas de esquí Alta, Snowbird, Solitude y Brighton, a 30 minutos de Park City, Canyons y Deer Valley, a 45 minutos de SUNDANCE. Y a solo 15 millas del centro de SLC.

Las comodidades incluyen una gran terraza con espectaculares vistas del valle y la montaña, jacuzzi compartido al aire libre. Chimenea, pisos de madera noble, estufa a gas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, TV por cable, DVD, wifi, parrilla para asados,, cuarto de lavado, estacionamiento.

My wife and I spent our “mini-moon” here for the weekend and wish we had more time to stay longer! You’d be very hard-pressed to find a place with better views, more thoughtful accommodations, and cozier vibes! The host was very responsive and generous, and we were so impressed with the entire property!

Fantastic!

We stayed at this location for a month and it was wonderful. It's a beautiful location with amazing, serene views. All appliances worked great and the location had everything we needed for a comfortable, long stay. Property management communication was excellent and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

A Slice of Heaven

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the way to Boise. The place was immaculate and very cozy with beautiful views of the city. I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through. Oh they have pear trees also, my dog really enjoyed those after she realized it wasnt a tennis ball.

Peaceful, Clean Get-Away with Easy Access to Canyons

We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House and would stay again if we are in the area. The unit is very clean, has everything anyone would need for a short or long stay. The views are beautiful, the property peaceful and safe, and the location is conveniently close to grocery, Target, coffee shops, and the canyons for hiking. Check-in and check-out were simple. Communication was friendly, clear, and Jennifer and Kathy were quick to reply to any inquiries.

Charming home

We loved staying at the Butler Manor Carriage House! It was so different to our usual modern rental homes. It had so much old world charm and details in all the furnishing and decor, yet all the conveniences that we require for our family. Kathy was very responsive, and when we had a question about the TV, she sent Shane over right away to sort it out for us. It was an additional bonus that they had a jacuzzi in the yard and even provided robes to keep us warm while we got there! I would definitely recommend this guest house!

Fun experience

This is the first time that we rent an apartment with the bedroom setup at the attic. The main floor is a studio with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The laundry room is located in the garage downstairs. Outside of the main floor, there is a balcony with great view of Salt Lake City. The apartment was decorated for the holidays making us feel like our own home. I even made a XMas card by taking a picture of the decorations. Both Kathy the property manager and Jennifer the owner were very responsive and informative. The place is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The fireplace was very charming and useful. We cooked every dinner and entertained our guests. We will be staying again when we are back in town. Thank you Kathy and the Josephs Family!

Great place for a short stay

The property is exactly as listed. The reason I say it’s great for a short stay is that it’s definitely crowded for four adults, but we expected that going into it. The couch bed is a back killer. But - it’s a couch bed. There were issues with their new hot water heater during our stay. It would frequently go out and we’d have no hot water. The property manager was VERY quick to help, and when it was out of her hands, she would immediately arrange for a plumber to come ASAP. But it started happening everyday. She felt awful. They acknowledged the inconvenience and offered a substantial partial refund without us having to ask. It honestly could not have been handled better! Hot water hiccup aside, it’s a great place!

Perfect

Just as pictured. VERY clean (there wasn’t even dust behind the couch or furniture). Beautiful views. Good beds. Clean hot tub. We flew in from WI for a long weekend ski trip and to visit family in SLC. Great location for ski resorts. Used the ski rental shop near-we walked there it’s that close. Two adults for the weekend and my brother stayed one night on the pull out bed. Will be my first choice for the next SKC trip.

Great property overlooking Salt Lake City

My son and I spent 4 nights at this amazing property for a Thanksgiving holiday. A beautiful home located right on the edge of Butler’s Bench overlooking the entire Salt Lake valley. Walk through double French doors onto a deck that provides stunning views of the valley, Salt Lake City and surrounding mountains. This is one of the most well appointed home’s I’ve ever stayed in, including a fully equipped kitchen, stylish antique furniture, and a gas stove. It’s 20 minutes from the airport, downtown, University, and ski resorts. I’ll be a repeat guest here.

Amazing stay at the Butler Manor!

We had such an amazing time staying at the Butler Manor! Warm and cozy, close to the slopes with mountain views, lots of privacy. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

We are located near the bottom of both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, extremely close to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton Resorts for all winter and summer activities and just 30 minute fro Park City. Spring and Summer we have thousands of gorgeous flowers in bloom on our property and fruit trees to enjoy.
