The location within 2 minutes to I 15, 10 minutes to down town Salt Lake, and 15 minutes to the beautiful canyons. 5 mins from IHC hospital. It is in a semi-industrial area near other homes and apartments. The home has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing get away. The front runner tracks are on the other side of a field across the street and has occasional trains come through the area. Salt Lake city has many wonderful places to shop, eat and explore the outdoors. The Cozy Murray Bungalow is right in the center of it all!

Fun family time

We had a great time staying in the cozy Murray Bungalow. The location was perfect for getting to great eating places, shopping and grocery stores. The accommodations fit our family of 7 perfectly, giving the teens and young adults their own quarters for catch up and hang out time

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house! It is conveniently located near the mountains, interstate, and grocery stores. If you plan to use the kitchen, you should bring kitchen essentials. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house.

The house was very nice and larger than it appeared. Three adults stayed here and aside from the one bathroom, we had plenty of room. The property is located close to the airport; about 20 minutes away, and well located to amenities along I15.The only concerns are a set of railroad tracks directly across the street from.the property, and small things like trashbags, dish soap and dishwasher pods; there could have been more available. Communication with the ower was good, I received arrival instructions the day prior and there was some printed info about the property in the living room which was helpful.In all if I come back to the Salt Lake City area, I would stay here again.

Double booked

My extended family arrived for our Christmas vacation (which was booked 3 months in advance) only to find the house was double booked and we could not stay there. A mad scramble ensued to find new accommodations that could sleep 8. Nothing was available so VRBO could not rebook. We ended up bouncing between hotels ruining our Christmas vacation as our family had to split up. Book at your own risk and make sure you have a backup plan.

Great place for a ski vacay

Not far off the highway- and close to plenty of ski resorts. Neighborhood seemed a little dodgy- but not terrible. For a boys vacay, not bad at all. Would definitely go back for a trip out there again.

Great Utah Ski House

This wonderful property is clean and has updated appliances. Location is proximal to the ski resorts (~30 min drive) which was perfect for my group.
