About this property

Relaxing Beach Retreat Condo

This beautiful condo could be your next perfect vacation getaway. This newly furnished condo is a quick step to the pools (there are 4 pools on the premises), mini golf, shuffle boards, tennis courts and basketball court, (we supply most of the recreational equipment for a club fee of $50). It is an easy 7-10 minute walk to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! It is located 1 mile from Pier Park(a tourist hot spot), where you will find shopping, restaurants, movies and more. There is a local grocery store not even a mile from the condo. Through out the condo you will find spacious accommodations, washing machine and dryer, and many usb charging ports throughout. There is a cozy private patio with an out door shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.

Relaxing Beach Condo

This condo was the perfect place for me and my two teenage daughters to stay, during their spring break. The place was exactly what the pictures showed with no surprises. It was in a great location, close to the beach and all necessary amenities. Check in and check out was extremely easy and the host was very helpful.

The property was very clean. Robin was a great hostess. She answered the phone immediately when I had a question. The condo was well stocked! The closet outside had plenty of supplies for the beach. I brought way more than I needed to. She had everything! My kids loved it. Three pools, the hot tub, basketball court, shuffle board and mini-golf are all just steps from the door. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
