Walking distance to the Flower library, Dulles State building, anddowntown Watertown shops and restaurants. .4 miles from Samaritan Hospital, 8 miles to Sackets Harbor, 13 miles to Chaumont, 14 miles to Ft. Drum, and 20 miles to Clayton.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip the beds or start laundry, just put used towels in bathroom hamper.
Leave all rooms and kitchen as you found them, dishes clean, dried, and put away. Turn off portable heaters and a/c units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours between 9pm-6am. No smoking, drugs, burning incense or any other fire hazards.
Flush only normal amounts of toilet paper in the toilet and throw away all other products (tampons, etc) in the waste basket next to the toilet.
If air-conditioning is necessary, please use the a/c units one at a time to prevent a fuse from blowing. Turn off when you leave the apt. Thanks!
