Enjoy the best of Bradley Beach at this beautiful oasis! This home sits in an ideal location just five blocks from the beach and one block from Main Street. There’s lots to love in the clean and spacious house stocked with all of your basic necessities. After a day of fun in the sun relax on the front porch or lounge in the back yard. Check out our guidebook for an extensive list of restaurants, shopping and activities nearby. Rental includes four beach passes to Bradley Beach.

Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend there is a 6-night minimum. If booking outside these dates please inquire.

Great Getaway and Host

We had a last minute week at the Shore and Rachel was able to host us. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of things to do and a nice walk to the beach everyday. And we were able to bring our doggie.

Pleasant Time

We enjoyed our stay at Family Tides. The house was comfortably furnished with a lovely front porch and a peaceful, green back garden with outdoor furniture and a gas grill which we used.The location is great as it is close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The beach is a walk but we got our steps for the day in! Rachel and Pat were great hosts and immediately responsive to any questions we had.

Bradley beach weekend

The house was close to the beach and walking distance to a great breakfast place. We brought our bikes which was perfect for getting around. The hosts immediately responded when we had a problem with the door and bathroom taps. Cute house, good location

Perfect Beach House

Stayed here with our daughter, grandson & dog and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is on the older side and lovely - comfortable, in good working order throughout, and well-stocked. We also appreciated that the bedroom closets & dressers were completely empty (except for a generous supply of hangers) so we could store our things. The location is PERFECT. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, and 1 block from everything you need on Main Street. The back yard was a great place to relax but not completely fenced in so we did have to keep our dog on his leash while out back. He did LOVE the fully fenced-in front porch though (we did too).

I loved this place. It was very clean and well appointed with everything a family might need for a great time at the beach. Rachel and her family are lovely and always ready to help. Bradley Beach is a nice quiet town with lots of dining choices and shopping within walking distance of the house. The beach equipment provided was all in working order. A generous seating area in the back yard is very comfortable and includes a giant umbrella that stood up to strong winds. And potted and planted flowers made the whole place feel cheerful. A lot of thought has gone into decorating and furnishing the house and toys games and even a croquet set were provided. I can’t say enough about how nice and helpful without being the least intrusive the owners are.

Awesome beach house!!

Rachel was very nice and informative! The house was extremely clean and came with everything we needed. It is in a quite neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach.
