The Dam Overlook home is centrally located in the heart of Evergreen and beautifully located at the base of the mountain - yes the mountain is your backyard view!

You will have a beautiful private meadow and private creek for your enjoyment. The Dam Overlook is not a secluded property. Across the street you can enjoy access to the Evergreen Lake and Dam as well as the downtown Evergreen shopping, both within a 5 minute walk.

The Evergreen lake is a popular site in the summer for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, site seeing and more! In the winter, you will find ice skating, ice fishing and vacationers making snowmen on the ice! In Downtown Evergreen, you will find an eclectic range of cafes, shops selling local swag, restaurants and bars which feature live music.

Finally, you can strap on your boots or bike helmet and hit the many hiking, biking and walking trails.

Evergreen is an hour to an hour and a half from seven of the world's premier ski mountains: Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Eldora, and Cooper Mountain.

The Dam Overlook is spaciously arranged for 10 adults, with 5 bedrooms, 10 queen beds, two large family rooms with five leather sofas, tables & smart TVs, a game room, laundry room with full washer and dryer.

Multiple families can stay together, while enjoying privacy to lounge, sleep, soak, dine, work, play, or enjoy a Netflix marathon. The ground level downstairs is like a mother in law unit with a living room, two bedrooms, game room and kitchenette/laundry room and does not require stairs. The upstairs has the main living room, full kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms.

Our parking lot is large, flat and easy to access over the private bridge. There is no need to worry about steep icy driveways. Plenty of parking for at least six vehicles.
